  1. Sadh Sangat Ji, Is there any link available to download an audio file of Akaal Ustat of Dasam Granth Sahib Bani and other related Bani's of Dasam Granth Sahib. This is important as I know I'm making a lot of mistakes while reading it and I do not have any proper guide person knowledgeble enough to teach me here in Auckland New Zealand. Please help. (note : the link in gobind sadan for viewing of Dasam Granth Bani's does contain a lot of mistakes when I compare it with a Full Larivaar saroop)
  2. Is there an internet site where we can view this "Suraj Parkash Granth" written by Bhai Santokh Singh Ji. We need it urgently as our local Gurudwara is having a kathakar from Hazoor Sahib to perform a daily ongoing katha on it. A possible download will be most appreciated. Secondly, how important is this "Suraj Parkash" toward Sikh History.
  3. One long rifle range hidden in and around the house plus 12 sharpen Siri Sahibs (ready for the use) kept in all our rooms and GURU JI's room, 1 samurai sword, ketars and loads of kirpans in GURU JI room. I just love the sight and proud of our heritage shasters. Oh yes..one steel bow & arrow set kept in the hall and the rest is weekly gatka practise.
  4. Staying gupat is very essential in Gurmat rahini, bahini and saheni. Sings flying and hitting the walls were common during Bhai Randhir's time. There were stories which I can not elaborate further, but the fat point here is that, this sikhs when doing NAAM simran abiyass, were flying, and after the sessions, they found themselves sitting in different places in the sangat, some on top of another, some without their dastar's as it falls off, loose hair (hair knot opened), some had their heads bleeding as they hit the walls and ceilings in great force, some laughing and some crying. This sikhs with Bhai Sahib ji were very complex in nature but this is what Sikhi was. They all kept this profile very low between others. There was a Singh (still in New Zealand) who during Bhai Sahib's time had this Naam Ras nectar (Amrit sweet nectar) flowing in his mouth and he did not knew what was hapenning. So, he asked some singhs about this Ras thing, they told him to keep quite and carry on his naam abiyass. But, getting excited, he left the sangat and when to Patiala, where in an incident, he started boasting this with his fellow mates. The next day, he could not get this nectar Ras flowing. So, he decided to ask Bhai Sahib Ji, and Bhai Sahib reply was why didn't you listen the singhs when they told you to keep quite about it and carry on doing naam simran. Bhai sahib told this singh to jump off the next water well he sees, and not to disturb him anymore. Till today, this singh has not got this Ras thing. So, gupat is very important.
  5. Not to be offending or what, just curious..... Who gave the instituition to use the name Sahib. I was taught that Sahib could only be used where there was some history with our Gurus or a Gurdwara sahib. Look like , people can easily use this Sahib as open as they want.
  6. I will probably be dumb folded with my hands and stay motionless doing nothing until GURU SAHIB makes the first move. Moorakh like me has no questions to ask GURU JI and even make any reply when asked.
  7. Simply, as it is the ONLY Dharam that can bring ones soul to sachkhand or erternal bliss.
  8. The best way to understand this is to read Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh Ji's book called Karam Philosophy. A very detail description and you will never ask anyone about this topic after reading this. Get ready for the surprises when you read it. Gur-fateh Jio

  10. like all the raagis and keertani's who do keertan for the sake for keertan and nothing else, no ego, no haumai and mostly no money in their thoughts.........for them keertan is amolak and with no time barrier, open keertan ....... those raagis, I wash their feet and drink it ........
  11. kechi bani and you guys call it awesome.......please. get your senses here, awesome is only for gurbani keertan. Nothing else can challenge it. Go ahead and waste your time in listening to keci bani. Where is your faith in Guru Sahib Jio.
  12. Gur fateh Sadh Sangat Jio, Who are we to discuss and think what has had happened at the Guru's times. Is all HIS game and He only knows this. For us, now, naam jap and naam jap. Period. When the time comes, the spirited gursikhs will tell and guide us about Dasam Granth. Get into their game first, then start any discussion only. Gursikhi lifestyle is very complex, thus, for now, bani pero and naam japo, get the khed first.
  13. Sometime thinking of it makes be fry. Do we really need to have Gurbani on internet sites at all. It has become a cheap way of viewing the BAni of the GURU, without going a nd making an effort to visit the gurdawara for his darshan.
  14. Can someone out there please point out which are the 500-700 words that are still not sure about in the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. I think we have exegarated this mistakes......
  15. If you want to show respect, then you shall call him by his name, that is Bhai Tejinderpal Singh ji.
