How can man be delivered at the Lord’s court?In contrast to this, the tale of the practice of simran by some blessed gurmukhs has been related as follows--A simple farmer was ploughing his fields.One sadhu, imbued in God’s Naam was passing by. He approached the farmer’s well and asked for water.The farmer, with full of faith and devotion milked his cow, made ‘lasee’ and served it to the sadhu. The sadhu was very pleased and said,’ You satiated my hunger and thirst.In return for this I’m going to give you from myself the most important thing..’ Saying this, he made the farmer sit before him and made him repeat Waheguru! Waheguru! Waheguru! and added, “Now carry on meditating like this and see what fruits it will bear.”Saying this the sadhu left him and the simple farmer started the practice of Waheguru Naam as he was told. Day and night through the practice of simran he achieved a state of bliss and miracluous powers. His fields, with minimum effort flourished more than the rest. His brother enticed his wife away from him. Instead of quarelling with his brother, he thanked the Lord for making his blood brother save him from from maya (worldly attachment).When he was asked what would happen if he stopped saying ‘Waheguru’ and his heart rendered reply was---“If I stop saying Waheguru , I will die.”In this way his life became a reflection of ‘When I say it (Waheguru) I’m alive If I lose it I die’ and he attained spiritual upliftment.The difference between our so called religious life and that of the simple landowner’s life expectation is this---1. In the farmers simple innocence was deep faith and devotion that is missing in us. Our faith and belief is usually superficial and easily disappears with the reflection of worldly miracles.92. The farmer accepted the sadhu’s advice as gospel truth and like the embrace of the blind’ he clutched the ‘Waheguru’ Name and earned it through practice. But we fall into the whirlpool of why? what? How? of simran and throw away our precious time.Without solid faith, we end up in discussions.2. The farmer, instead of dealing with household problems in his life, gave priority to the advice of the sadhu that is- to the practice of Waheguru Name. But we give priority to our worldly commitments. We has expanded our worldly commitments to such an extent that we has absolutely no time for simran..If we ever try to imitate the activity of simran that is -go into it half-heartedly, our mind becomes so restless.10.1 As the mind becomes totally involved in its daily commitments, It will not settle even in the kirtan together with the sadh sangat. (Kabet Bhai Gurdas 235)There are numerous places in gurbani where we are urged to give priority to simran.10.2 O man remember your protector, The Lord.Let go all other thoughts, O man. 91310.3 Contemplate on the One Lord in your mind and seek the shelter of the One Lord.. Establish love with the One Lord. Without Him there is no other place. 961.10.4 O my tongue, Sing your Lord’s praise.Abandon all other relishes.(tastes).The Lord’s Name is the best of all. 122010.5 All your other deeds will be of no value.Meet the society of evolved souls and meditate on the Name. 1210.6 Says Kabir, hear O man, shed your mental doubt.Contemplate only on the Name and seek the shelter of the One Lord.692.4. The farmer focused his mind and body on the simran of the one Word ‘Waheguru’ and reduced his involvement in other chores. But we on the other hand tend to increase our involvement in unnecessary chores.5. Reason #7 to start a simran/meditation section on this forum is without Naam people keep on gathering dirt on the mind which only increases the ego. ਬਿਨੁ ਨਾਵੈ ਜਗੁ ਕਮਲਾ ਫਿਰੈ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਨਦਰੀ ਆਇਆ॥ बिनु नावै जगु कमला फिरै गुरमुखि नदरी आइआ ॥ Bin nāvai jag kamlā firai gurmukẖ naḏrī ā▫i▫ā. Without the Name, the world wanders around insane; the Gurmukhs come to see this.

If a Simran/mediation section is made on this forum. We collectively can do a lot of Name Simran Jaap's together It must be remembered that GURMANTAR is not just a word; lying hidden behind it is the subtle form of guru's presence personality soul light essence of love divine glance Continuously meditating of GURMANTAR with faith and love will produce a state where the letters of the GURMANTAR "WAHEGURU" will imperceptibly begin to dissolve, melt and transform into a subtle form - its illuminated form - its principle form - its bliss producing form _ love radiating form - life giving force ts Naam form These divine form/force/vibrations then change into and appear as Jingling (sounds) limitless tinkling sound Divine music Just as Bhagat Kabir has said, "The letters shall perish. The imperishable Lord cannot be described through these letters." ( 340)

Today what connects us is not Sikhi but nagar kirtans, akhand paths, turban tieing competitions kabaddi etc.. As you can see there is nothing of substance to hold us together. These are mostly festivals, no one ones to teach Sikh doctrines.

I'm glad one of the Sikh sites have a simran/meditation section because its the core of the dharm. We need one on this forum, if we don't were going to get further and further from Naam then the only thing we will have is more and more arguments because are mind is not under control ਜਿਨੀ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਨ ਚੇਤਿਓ ਸੇ ਬਹਣਿ ਨ ਮਿਲਨੀ ਪਾਸਿ ॥ जिनी गुरमुखि नामु न चेतिओ से बहणि न मिलनी पासि ॥ Jinī gurmukẖ nām na cẖeṯi▫o se bahaṇ na milnī pās. They suffer the most horrible pain and suffering, and neither their sons nor their wives go along with them.

Another reason to start a simran section is all the benefits of simran ਸਿਮਰਉ ਸਿਮਰਿ ਸਿਮਰਿ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਵਉ ॥ Meditate, meditate, meditate in remembrance of Him, and find peace. ਕਲਿ ਕਲੇਸ ਤਨ ਮਾਹਿ ਮਿਟਾਵਉ ॥ Worry and anguish shall be dispelled from your body. It is easy to read books and debate because it only makes the mind stronger and gives it more energy to keep on thinking. To still the mind the above quote from gurbani says to do simran.

Guru Kirpa the amount of simran the panth is doing is really going down because its much easier to listen to katha and kirtan than doing simran. Its hard to sit still and repeat the gurmantar because you will have to examine yourself and see what's going on in the head. Doing simran is one of the main pillars of Gurmat that's why a separate section needs to be made to share its importance and its theory of how its done and overcoming the problems that are on the path. "ਪ੍ਰੀਤਲੜੀ" ਦੇ ਸਤੰਬਰ 1999 ਦੇ ਅੰਕ ਵਿਚ, page 41-42 "ਹੁਣ ਅੱਗੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮਾਨ ਬਾਬਾ ਡਾ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਬਾਰੇ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬਾਬਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੇ 1935-37 ਵਿਚ ਕਰੋੜਾਂ ਦਲਿਤਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਿਖ ਬਣ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰਾਂ੍ਹ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ। ਬੰਬਈ ਵਿਚ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਸੀ। ਬਾਬਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਇਕ ਸਿਖ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਜਲੂਸ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਵੀ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। ਸਾਰੇ ਹਿੰਦੁਸਤਾਨ ਵਿਚ "ਅਛੂਤਾਂ" ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਚੁਥਾਈ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਸੀ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਦਿਆ ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਉਚੇਚਾ ਕਿੱਤਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਛੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਕਹੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨੀਚ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਗੁਰੂ ਘਰ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਕਰਮ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਏਥੋਂ ਤਕ ਫੁਰਮਾਇਆ ਹੈ, "ਜਿਥੈ ਨੀਚ ਸਮਾਲੀਅਨਿ ਤਿਥੈ ਨਦਰਿ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਖਸੀਸ"। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅੰਦਰ ਛੂਤ-ਛਾਤ ਦਾ ਇੰਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਬਾਕੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਕੁੱਝ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ, ਵਿਦਿਆ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੁਚੇ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਆਈ ਜਾਗ੍ਰਤੀ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ (ਦਲਿਤਾਂ) ਦੀ ਸੋਚਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣੀ ਦਬਾਉ ਦੇ ਜੂਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਜੋ ਸਦੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਗਲੇ ਪਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ, ਲਾਹ ਸੁੱਟਣ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਬਣਾਇਆ। ਡਾ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਮਤ ਤਿਆਗ ਕੇ ਸਿਖ ਮਤ ਗ੍ਰਹਿਣ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਬਣਾਇਆ। ਇਸਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਲਈ ਨਨਕਾਣਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਨੌ ਸੱਜਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਜੱਥਾ, ਸ. ਨਰੈਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਰਦਗੀ ਹੇਠ ਜਨਵਰੀ 1936 ਵਿਚ ਮਹਾਂਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਭੇਜਿਆ। ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਸੰਤ ਤੇਜਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ, ਗਿਆਨੀ ਇੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ, ਭਾਈ ਸਮੁੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਰਾਗੀ ਜੱਥਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸੀ। ਬੰਬਈ ਪੁੱਜਕੇ ਕੁੱਝ ਗੁਰਮਤ ਬਾਰੇ ਟਰੈਕਟ ਅੰਗ੍ਰੇਜੀ ਤੇ ਮਰਾਠੀ ਵਿਚ ਛਪਾਏ। ਮਿਤੀ 11-12 ਜਨਵਰੀ (1936) ਨੂੰ ਪੂਨੇ ਵਿਖੇ "ਅਛੂਤ" ਜਾਤੀ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ, ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਹਾਰ ਜਾਤੀ ਦੀ, ਇਕ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਨਨਕਾਣਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜਥੇ ਨੇ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਲੰਗਰ ਚਾਲੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਤੇ ਟਰੈਕਟ ਵੀ ਵੰਡੇ। ਪੰਗਤਾਂ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਲੰਗਰ ਛਕਾਇਆ, ਜਿਸਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਪਿਆ। ਡਾ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਇਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੇ ਸਰਪ੍ਰਸਤ ਸਨ ਜੋ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੋਏ। ਇਸ ਸਾਰੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਸ. ਨਰੈਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ ਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਲੋਂ 13 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 1936 ਨੂੰ "ਸਰਬ ਹਿੰਦ ਸਿੱਖ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ" ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੁੱਝ ਫੰਡ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਅੱਗੇ ਡਾ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਜੀ ਨਾਲ "ਅਛੂਤਾਂ" ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਦਾਇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ, ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪੇ ਜਿਸਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਤਾਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸ. ਸੁਜਾਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਹਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸ. ਕੇਹਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਹੈਡਮਾਸਟਰ ਥਾਪੇ ਗਏ। 13 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 1936 ਨੂੰ ਬਣੇ "ਸਰਬ ਹਿੰਦ ਸਿੱਖ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ" ਨੇ ਡਾ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਨਾਲ "ਅਛੂਤਾਂ" ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਅਤੇ ਡਾ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿਚ "ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਾਨਫ੍ਰੰਸ" ਹੋਈ। ਡਾ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਜੀ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਸਾਥੀ ਪੁੱਜੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਕਾਨਫ੍ਰੰਸ ਅੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰੋ: ਬਾਵਾ ਹਰਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਡਾ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਇਆ। ਹੁਣ ਡਾ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਜੀ ਨੇ, ਜੋ ਥੋੜ੍ਹਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਲਾਅ ਕਾਲਜ ਬੰਬਈ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਦੇ ਪਦ ਤੋਂ ਰਿਟਾਇਰ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ, "ਅਛੂਤ" ਜਾਤੀਆਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ "ਅਛੂਤ" ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਉਚੇਰੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਲਈ, "ਸਰਬ ਹਿੰਦ ਸਿਖ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ" ਪਾਸੋਂ ਇਕ ਛਾਪਾਖਾਨਾ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਖਬਾਰ ਛਪਣਾ ਸੀ, ਤੇ ਇਕ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਿਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ। ਕਾਲਜ ਵਾਸਤੇ 17642 ਗੱਜ ਜਮੀਨ, ਮਾਟੁੰਗਾ ਕਲੋਨੀ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਲੱਖ ਉਨਾਸੀ ਹਜਾਰ ਛੇ ਸੌ ਤਿਹੱਤਰ (1,79,673) ਰੁਪਏ ਤੋਂ ਬੰਬਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਖਰੀਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਨਾਇਗਾਮ ਪਲਾਟਸ ਨਾਮੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ 75,000/- ਰੁਪਏ ਵਿਚ ਲੈਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਤੇ ਸ਼ੈੱਡ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਛੋਟਾ ਜਿਹਾ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਲਗਾ ਲਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਤੇ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਅਖਬਾਰ "ਜਨਤਾ" ਛਪਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਸ੍ਰੀਮਾਨ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜਰਮਨੀ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਪਲੈਨ ਬਣਵਾ ਲਿਆਏ ਸਨ ਜੋ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਹ ਸ. ਨਰੈਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨਨਕਾਣਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਸਪੁਰਦਗੀ ਹੇਠ ਰਾਤ ਦਿਨ ਲਗ ਕੇ 22 ਮਾਰਚ 1937 ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਇਆ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਛੱਡ ਦਿਤਾ। ਸਾਰੀ ਬਿਲਡਿੰਗ, ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀ ਲਬਾਰਟਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਫਰਨੀਚਰ ਆਦਿ ਹਰ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਵਿਚ ਡਾ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਲਈ ਇਕ ਵਫਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ 22 ਮਈ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਜ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਸੁਜਾਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ, ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਤੇਜਾ ਸਿੰਘ, ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨਨਕਾਣਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਪ੍ਰੋ ਬਾਵਾ ਹਰਿਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਪਿੰ੍ਰਸੀਪਲ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਸ. ਈਸ਼ਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਮਝੈਲ ਸਨ। ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਇਸ ਵਫਦ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਜਣ ਤੋਂ ਕੁੱਝ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਾਨ ਡਾ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਜੀ ਬੰਬਈ ਤੋਂ 60-70 ਮੀਲ ਦੂਰ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵਿਚ ਜੰਜੀਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਟਾਪੂ ਤੇ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਸਨ। ਵਫਦ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਛੇ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਤੇ ਬੰਬਈ ਤੋਂ ਸ. ਨਰੈਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ ਤੇ ਬੰਬਈ ਦੇ ਸ. ਗੁਰਦਿੱਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੇਠੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਲ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਟੀਮਰ ਵਿਚ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਾਨ ਡਾ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਜੀ ਕੋਲ ਪੁੱਜ ਗਏ। ਡਾਕਟਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅਚਨਚੇਤ ਵਫਦ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹੋਏ। ਉਹ ਦਿਨ ਤੇ ਅਗਲਾ ਦਿਨ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਜੀ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਰਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਖੀਰ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਲੀਡਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਭਾਂਡਾ ਭੰਨਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ "ਲੀਡਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਈ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਤੇ ਲਾਲਚ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਹੋਰ "ਅਛੂਤ" ਲੀਡਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਪਾੜ ਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਹੀ ਮੰਨ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹਾਂ।" ਸ੍ਰੀਮਾਨ ਜੀ ਡਾ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਜੁਆਬ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਸਾਰਾ ਜੱਥਾ ਵਾਪਸ ਸਟੀਮਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਬੰਬਈ ਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਮਰਨ-ਵਰਤ ਧਾਰ ਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉਤੇ ਇਹ ਦਬਾਉ ਪਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ "ਅਛੂਤ" ਜਾਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਛੜੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀਆਂ ਕਰਾਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਰਿਆਇਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰੇ। ਉਸਦੇ ਮਨ ਅੰਦਰ ਇਹ ਭੈ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਅੱਠ ਕਰੋੜ "ਅਛੂਤ" ਸਿੱਖ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਦੇਸ ਅੰਦਰ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਵੱਡੀ ਘੱਟ-ਗਿਣਤੀ ਖੜ੍ਹੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਏਗੀ (ਇਕ ਤਾਂ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨ ਸਨ ਹੀ) ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਘਟ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਹਿੰਦੂਆਂ ਤੇ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਮੰਦਾ ਅਸਰ ਪਵੇਗਾ। ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਪੰਡਤ ਮਦਨ ਮੋਹਨ ਮਾਲਵੀਆ ਵਾਈਸਰਾਏ ਹਿੰਦ ਦੀ ਅਗਜ਼ੈਕਟਿਵ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਜੋਰ ਦੇਣ ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਹੋਏ ਐਲਾਨ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਸੀ ਜਿਸਨੇ "ਅਛੂਤ" ਲੀਡਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ "ਅਛੂਤ" ਜਨਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਵਿਚ ਬਦਲੀ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਐਲਾਨ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਰਿਆਇਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਉਹ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਲੈ ਸਕਦੇ ਸੀ, DHUMMA SUPPORTERS BEHIND ATTACK ON BHAI DHADRIANWALE The police investigation report states that the supporters of Harnam Singh Dhumma conspired to assassinate Bhai Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale. THE POLICE investigation in the assassination attempt on Sikh preacher Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale Wednesday says that the attack was the fallout of a ‘Facebook war’ between the preacher and Harnam Singh Dhuma, head of the Sant Samaj Damdami Taksal (Mehta) which was previously headed by Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale. The four persons arrested by the police have been identified as alleged supporters of Dhuma who wanted to ‘take revenge’ on Dhadrianwala for his ‘Sarkaari sant’ comment. The Ludhiana police identified the arrested as: Hardev Singh, a resident of Udho Nangal, near Baba Bakala, Amritsar; Gagandeep Singh Harnoor and Jaspreet Singh, residents of Chhadran village, near Katanni Kalan of Ludhiana and Manjeet Singh, a resident of Mohalla Dharampura. One Hardeep Singh of Kohar village near Malerkotla is also being interrogated by the police. Meanwhile, attending the cremation of Bhupinder Singh who was killed in the attack, Dhadrianwale said if the police fails to arrest all the suspects by Thursday, his supporters would launch a statewide massive agitation against police inaction. A senior police officer who is part of the investigating team said, “Hardev Singh is the main conspirator. A video has gone viral on social networks showing a Sikh boy being beaten by gangsters in Punjab. One of the gangsters is being described as Nishant Sharma, the same person who was slapped by Jagtar Singh Hawara about 5 years ago at Chandigarh court. The Sikh youth in the video hasnt been identified.
