yh, i want to start getting into training again, i went to a gym recently and even Benching 50kg (which once used to be to light for my warmup) felt hard. so i am looking into starting training again (after joining a better gym)...so i am kinda looking for help into how to get back on that, shall i focus on strength, hypetrophy, both, im kinda confussed... also, ive always had 1 question in mind that i wanted to ask about bodybuilding: is bodybuilding or powerlifting against Sikhi? Guru Maharaj Ji says "Rein gawayee soye kai, Dinas gawayaa kae" once has wasted their day eating, and night sleeping. But a bodybuilder needs both of these, a bodybuilders needs to eat excess in calories to gain weight (muscle) and atlest 6-8hours sleep to notice the positive affects of training. Obviously i (and other sikhs) should put Guru Maharaj Ji first and try to follow that hukam to the T. but just want to know what you guys think, because Sikhs should be both a Sant-Sipahi, a saint and a soldier, and to do bhagti or simran ordinary people like us also needs to be fit to do, and Dhan Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Hargobind Singh Ji Maharaj also used to promote wrestling as a sport, so i just want to know others views on this.

There isn't any, actually. However, some people just prefer to like more sikh then hindu, especially with people already claiming that sikhs are actually hindu. So all it is for a Sikh is a mala with loads of weird patterned beads on it. Out of curiosity, what are those weird patterns for on the Rudraksh beads anyway? Anyhow a Gursikh is only going to do Gurmantar Vaheguru on it, the highest mantra, jantra, yantra of all. Now here's a question that ive been wondering for time. Hey whats so bad about wearing a brown wooden mala (a small-medium one) around ones neck? and why's it called a rudraksh 4? cuz i wear one of those sometimes.

Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh If Baba Sri Chand was a bad character why would 3rd Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Guru Amar Das ji give his eldest son to Baba Ji, and why would 6th Guru Nanak Dev Ji Guru Hargobind Sahib offer his eldest son Baba Gurditta Ji to the Baba Sri Chand Ji's Udhasi Sikh Mat who would later become the successor of Baba Sri Chand Ji. And then why would 6th Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib give the Seventh Pathshahi to his grandson Sri Har Rai Ji, who where from udhasi Sikh mat themselves, being son of Baba Gurditta Ji. These are well documented fact and apear over and over again from different sources from that time. This proves that Baba Sri Chand Ji where Guru Nanak Dev Ji's Gursikh themesleves, and their Udhasi mat was Guru Nanak Dev Ji's own and a big part of Sikhi. Sikhi is not how a certain Jatha, or a bunch of Missionaries, "Professors" and the main-streamest (the people who just listen to all these guys and pass it on) preach it. Infact some things have been distorted in this way, due to "outside" influences. Sikhi is and had always been the same. Just the way of preaching it has changed..but somehow along the lines some things that some people preach have also gone wrong aswell inbetween, like Baba Sri Chand Ji being a bad character and baimukh to Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj, which is obviously not true. the fact is that Baba Sri Chand Ji where a great Gursikh, and Gurmukh of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj, who where on a mission from Guru Sahib themselves to spread Sikhi. and to prove it When Guru Ram Das met Baba Sri Chand, the Baba commented that Guru Ram Das had the longest beard he had seen. quite alot, provided you can take it out immediatly. even if you dont, your kirpan will block the bullets, I have come across a couple of Singhs from India during the 80's that where protected from bullets this way. Theres a program on Alpha Etc Punjabi at this very moment called 'desan vich Pardesi' and its about a fuction that some british sikh association held in London with World Sikh University and Sikh College principles and stuff. There logo has britain and india on it and a khanda in the middle <-- which ave me a feeling that i know something dodgy was gonna happen in this program so i carried on watching it, otherwise i dont bother with zee crap. anyways, there was this little EDIT that was talking in behalf of the association called Mr rami ranger and the shithead was openly insulting Guru Maharaj calling it a book and saying it was written by many scholars and all that crap he made up without knowing or doing any research about Guru Sahib.
