  1. VJKK VJKF Wow that's proper cool man. Vaheguru Ji.
  2. VJKK VJKF Sangat Ji, I know some people who are able to read Japji Sahib in about 9-10 minutes. They say they listen to themselves the whole time and they understand and hear themselves repeating the bani. Is this wrong to repeat bani fast? Vaheguru Ji.
  3. VJKK VJKF What if you do the paath fast? Does it still count? Vaheguru Ji.
  4. VJKK VJKF Sangat Ji, my question is straightforward but I have no answer no matter where I look. People do Japji Sahib jaaps all day and night even though it is a morning paath so my question is this. Can I do Rehraas Sahib during the day and also in the morning? Is there anything wrong with this? Vaheguru Ji.
  5. VJKK VJKF No Ji. I didn't know that (Maharaj kirpa that's great tho)... but taking a hukamnama is universal for any situation no matter what the world says. Everyone might be saying yes do it but Maharaj truly knows what's around the corner and so you could try and take a hukamnama if you want to. If not, it's up to you you don't have to. Vaheguru Ji.
  6. VJKK VJKF Do a hukamnama. If Maharaj says you're ready, then it doesn't matter what the world says... chak de fatteh. If not then just carry on strengthening your sikhi until Maharaj says yes. Hope that helps Ji. Vaheguru Ji.
  7. VJKK VJKF You can carry what you like (Kirpan) where you like in India to England and in India and in England. If you get arrested you can pull the Criminal Act 1988 Section 139 and 139A out where it says you can allow a knife to be carried on a person if it is a "religious artefact". They can't stop you - in the Damdami Taksal (correct me if I'm wrong) their rehat says they shouldn't have a sword less than 3ft so what would they do if they came here? We're in kaljug but it's all good for where we are right now. Hope that helps Ji. Vaheguru Ji.
  8. VJKK VJKF The best thing to do is to stop... and say Waheguru repeatedly. Anger, love, lust, happiness are all just energies in different forms - like Maharaj presents themselves in their different forms. So we can just take the energy that fuels each of these emotions (in this case) and just japping Waheguru instead. Don't think about it just do it because otherwise your mind will tell you just naa leave it and the emotions will eat us up and cloud our minds from finding Maharaj. Hope that helps Ji. Vaheguru Ji.
  9. VJKK VJKF Dasmi patshaah (Guru Gobind Singh Ji) said "Jin Prem Kiyo Tin He Prabh Payo" meaning only he who loves can find God. There are many arths (arths) to this but yes one can be that if you don't show love to everyone around you, as god resisdes in everyone, then how can you truly love god who is also inside you? You don't have to love yourself here because people can become ahaankari from that but atleast try and see god in everyone and find love from the fact there is no difference between any of us and that we all really are from the same light and then you can recognise god within yourself and then find Maharaj, Maharaj kirpa naal. Hope that helps Ji. Vaheguru Ji.

VJKK VJKF I think you very nicely summarised the aim for all us sikhs walking this path. The true and hard answer is we have to keep on grinding at this. Carry on doing paath and simran and always remembering Waheguru and always doing bhagti to clean this and however many millions of lives of dirt we have to really see through the lense of Maharaj and no longer this lense of Homai. Just keep it up - it's going to get very very very very hard at some points and it's all gonna seem like to way too hard to keep doing but you have to just dig deep and have faith. Keep at it at all time because there's no other fruit in other things. Hope that helps - I know nothing but the sangat give me many beautiful sikhya which daas tries to share. Vaheguru Ji.
  11. VJKK VJKF did Bhai Sahib mention how many days they meant by a few? Vaheguru Ji
  12. VJKK VJKF I've tried really hard and long to try and connect with simran but I don't really feel any connection but reading bani makes me feel a bit more. Vaheguru Ji.
  13. VJKK VJKF Yes - so I recently have been lacking with simran so now I'm just doing many hours of paath instead and aim to continue that even after I catch up with the hours of simran lost. Vaheguru Ji.
  14. VJKK VJKF Yes penji - its a really beautiful video. Answered my question I think. Vaheguru Ji
  15. I think not many people know this but Sant Ji was actually a mahapurakh. Many baba's will just call themselves a sant nowadays like it's a normal thing but Sant Jarnail Ji really were a sant - one of the highest of the highest sants. Just off the top of my head - i think their ustaad said to them okay go and learn Asa Di Vaar and don't even think about coming back until you've memorised the whole bani. Sangat Ji, so great a sant was Jarnail Singh Ji that they came back the very next day. Forgive me for mistakes I must've made in that but the main essence of the story was portrayed. Killing or harming or doing nindiya of any sant is wrong upon wrong.
  16. VJKK VJKF I totally respect your opportunity veerji. But I was thinking if I do my nitnem and then do let's say 10 Japji Sahibs instead of that simran - is there any difference? I personally see it as the same. Just daas' opinion but I don't know anything so I could be very wrong. Vaheguru Ji.
  17. VJKK VJKF Sangat Ji, thank you for everything I'm still trying to find ways but it seems to just get worse but there's nothing I can do apart from carry on. Seems like this bani really is real if it's having such a massive effect on my life and of those around me. Never going to stop - I don't care what happens. Thank you for helping me and standing by me sangat Ji. Maharaj Kirpa. I don't deserve your help guys but you've blessed me with your darshan through advice and may Maharaj continue to bless you forever more. Vaheguru Ji.
  18. VJKK VJKF I read that but I didn't really get a clear answer. This was caused me the confusion. Vaheguru Ji.
  19. VJKK VJKF Daas has a question and Maharaj kirpa, Waheguru's sangat can help. I have missed out on doing a lot of simran over past few days but Maharaj kirpa I have been replacing that with a lot of paath. Does this paath take the place of that simran that I haven't been doing? I've heard from many people that there is no difference but I haven't had a certain answer of no from anywhere. Can anyone shed some light on this please? Vaheguru Ji.
  20. VJKK VJKF I've tried everything nothing seems to be clicking. Mum sent me a text at 3:14 this morning saying I can't sleep. I guess I'll just have to live with it and see what happens in the future. Maharaj Kirpa.
  21. VJKK VJKF Hanji, Penji I'm always japping Waheguru no matter what I'm doing for well over half the day and I'm not going to stop anyway. Nothing stops for me it just makes it a lot harder and I hope Maharaj can do kirpa on daas - I have no power at all.
  22. VJKK VJKF Sangat Ji, not 15 minutes ago did my mum have this crazy talk with me and these are some of the topics highlighted that she was speaking to me about. Some of the questions she started asking was like "do you dream about god?" "Can you see god?" She thinks I'm turning into some alien. I really don't know what to do. This is not the only test. The family one is a constant one but Maharaj tests me literally every single minute of everyday and that's not even a joke. It's getting so hard and unbearable but I won't lose faith in sikhi ever. It's really getting so tough and it's been like this for about 2 months.
  23. VJKK VJKF Penji, that's one massive problem that I have absolutely no-one on this path in my family so no-one understands me at all.
  24. VJKK VJKF I'm 17 and in Sixth form. I'm trying to do everything quietly so I can focus but then they have a go at me for always being in my room doing paath when they don't understand that I cant do it openly because they judge me.
