  1. I don't remember predicting it, but over the years small issues and controversies have been caused by him. It comes now I guess after all these issues piled up.
  2. Because they are a big jathedbani! It was started by Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh Ji and it was only known as the "Jatha". The formal name "Akhand Keertani Jatha" only came after Gurdwara Committees started referring to the Jatha by that name, because of their nature of doing Akhand Keertan. Do some research, I've seen your comments and replied to them as well on Reddit. Don't go around assuming things, that's one the main problems within our Panth atm.

  4. That is against the Vidhi that is taught. It is either Wahe Guru or Waheguru. He is splitting into 4. I never said anything against doing Simran loud or quiet. You are right, starting with loud simran is how older Singhs would do simran.
  5. He only splits into 2, which I mentioned is done for explaining the vidhi. When doing simran, this doesn't get split into 2 though it may sound like that. PMKC is splitting it into 4 words, not 2.
  6. Yes, for explaining the Vidhi, Gurmantar is split. But only for explaining! You aren't supposed to do simran that way. This Sri Akal Takht Hukamnama was given more than a decade ago, when Bhai Joginder Singh Vedanti was Jathedar (who I personally believe was the last Jathedar who was panthic and was respected). Where am I misleading the Sangat? Nindyia of what? Naam Simran? Naam Simran is a core aspect of Sikhi, how can I do nindya of that? Rather it was the group doing Beadbi of the Gurmantar by doing simran by splitting it into 4 words (with pauses). Who should I look to? Dhumma? He is part of the same clan with Badal/RSS and under them SGPC. This issue has nothing to with SGPC.
  7. I'm surprised that SikhSangat hasn't noticed this. Guru Maneyo Granth, Ajit Singh, MySimran.info, all of these are followers of Prabh Milne Ka Chao started by Sewa Singh Tarmala. This group was called out by Sri Akal Takht Sahib for doing simran by splitting Waheguru Gurmantar into 4 words (Wa He Gu Ru) and were stopped. Very suspicious bunch. I heard from some UK guys that shots were also fired in that Gurdwara and they have "gangs", though I don't have any evidence for that.

  9. No, Akal Ustat does not equal 16,000 or whatever japs of Waheguru. One needs to do simran of Gurmantar themselves, there are NO shortcuts in Sikhi, only Gurmat.

  12. No printed Saroop/Senchi/Gutka is shudh. Scholars have done decades of research that is currently being kept gupt due to the state of the Panth. Read this comment by Singh Fauja if anyone want's a top of the iceberg explanation.
  13. This is probably a different question, but how can we verify that historic artifacts are real? Also, how should we be preserving and handling them to keep them safe, I always find it odd the tegha is being held by bare hands instead of wearing gloves.
  14. Raag is a musical measure, Chand is a style of poetry. No correlation there.
  15. From my experience, AKJ usually have a bit longer Rehraas than SGPC, but shorter than Taksal and Budha Dal.
  16. Those are read in Rehraas, but not in morning Nitnem (unless one wants to, its their choice to read more Baani).
  17. They end after (ਦੁਸਟ ਦੋਖ ਤੇ ਲੇਹੁ ਬਚਾਈ ॥੪੦੧॥) because after this, Guru Sahib ends the Benti and now thanks Akaal Purakh for completing the Granth (Charitropakyan). I personally think its fine to read the last 2 Pauris (ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰੀ ਹਮ ਪਰ ਜਗਮਾਤਾ ॥ and ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਸਿਧੁਜ ਜਬ ਭਏ ਦਯਾਲਾ ॥) and the Arril (ਸੁਨੈ ਗੁੰਗ ਜੋ ਯਾਹਿ ਸੁ ਰਸਨਾ ਪਾਵਈ ॥), but I do not see why the Choupai after that one (ਸੰਬਤ ਸਤ੍ਰਹ ਸਹਸ ਭਣਿਜੈ ॥) needs to read. This choupai is literally just mentioning the date and location where the Granth was completed. It makes sense if someone was doing Paath of the whole Charitropakyan granth, but not when doing Benti Chaupai.
