  1. The damage done for such a long time cannot be repaired in mere 75 years of independence! Think about the extensive damage done by the Mughals and the British and then by the brainwashed corrupt Indian leaders that ruled India immediately after the independence. 75 years is nothing. Invasions we’re not only bad but catastrophic to those that were invaded. Indians still have slave mentality because they are so stupid to understand that they are still colonised mentally if not so much physically. It’s only recently we hear PM Modi speaking in his own language and proudly for that! No gibberish utterances in the language of invaders or rulers at last!
  2. Vijay Prashad @vijayprashad · 24 Feb 2017 I have in mind the Sikh man from Maryville, California in the 1920s. He went into a bar. A drunk racist said to him, 'Come here, slave!' Vijay Prashad @vijayprashad Replying to @vijayprashad The Sikh man said, 'I'm no slave', then hit the racist and fled. The racist did not want a discussion. He does not value free speech. 1:52 am · 24 Feb 2017·Twitter Web Client https://mobile.twitter.com/vijayprashad/status/834943990692741121
  3. Amrit is definitely needed regardless of having good intentions or good heart! If this was the case, why would Guru Ji ask for it from the panj piyares? Without the guidance of a Puran Guru there is no mukti. Every soul needs guidance on its journey to God, without a Guru, it will not merge. Besides, good intentions or good heart is to do with haume.
  4. In type 2 pancreas are still producing some insulin, so if you have tiny amounts of sugar it won’t raise your blood glucose to dangerous levels. Don’t avoid rice, chappaties, potatoes, couscous or pasta altogether as your body needs these for energy, but try to reduce their portions. Remember, all foods contain carbs. Even vegetables once cooked change into carbs and you know fruits are also carbs. So, it’s not just sugar that contributes to increased BG but also bread, fruits, nuts, (cashews) alcohol too much dairy and certain veges, such as carrots, corn and pumpkin.
