  1. VAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA ! VAHEGURU JI KI FATEH ! Fellow Human Beings, when are you all going to realise that all humans are created the same, regardless of caste, creed, colour, sex or nationality. When we start spliting people into sterotypes of all of the above that is when problems and tensions arise. No human being belongs to any paticular caste. All human beings are created the same. The social issues highligted in West London Singh Ji's posts are rampant among the Sikh community in general not a paticular man made caste. Ask yourself this, how many so called Sikh weddings have you attended where the couple take the oath in front of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and then afterwards the family hire a hall and attend a party to celebrate the marridge, were meat and alcohol and other anti Gurmat practices take place. Why do these social problems exist within the Sikh community now a days, when Guru Sahib has told us to steer clear of such things? The answer is simple. We as individuls are too dependent on others telling us or preaching to us what Guru Sahib says. We do not ourselves bother to carry out our own Sehaj Paat with meanings to try and understand what Guru Sahib is saying and try and live our jeevans according to the teachings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Now lets get back to the topic. Disco parties, meat and alcohol should be forbidden in all Gurudwaras. The anti Gurmat practices that are taking place in the Edinburgh Gurudwara should be brought to an end. FULL STOP. VAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA ! VAHEGURU JI KI FATEH !

  3. VAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA ! VAHEGURU JI KI FATEH ! Simranjit, I ve already put this message up on a different website from Bhai Z Singh. Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh I thought I should take the liberty to tell you I recently came across and read the following book - which I thought is the best English Translation of Jap Ji Sahib I have read so far for understanding Sikhi: THE JAP OF THE NAME - Guru Nanak Dev - JAPJI SAHIB. By Narain Singh, Publisher Bhagat Puran Singh, Pingalwara, Amritsar. If required the book can be available free of cost from Pingalwara Amritsar, who can be contacted via their address on their website. Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh He also asked me to tell you about another book "Gursikhi Breek Hai" availbile from Pingalwara or form Bhai Sahib Ji if you want to get a copy. As I have no way of contacting you im hoping you are visiting this thread regularly so I hope you get this message from Bhai Z Singh Harjit

  5. VAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA ! VAHEGURU JI KI FATEH ! You have wrote that Jagjeevan Singh disappeared due to a Hukamnamma. Where does it say in any Hukamnamma that you should leave your parents. Little knowledge is a very dangerous thing. It is wrong to justify your wrong actions and blame your own wrong actions on Guru Sahibs Hukamnamma. For example, there was theif who used to do Ardaas in front to Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji asking if he could steal money for the golak. When he was caught he said the Guru told me in the Hukamnamma to take it. This was a story told to us by an elder Gursikh that visited us when you disappeard. The reason why we take Hukamnamma before we do anything is to remind us our utmost and foremost duty in this world is to obtain Naam. We get this guidance from every GurShabad. Guru will never give agya in any Shabad to run away or not run away. His message is always relating to union with Akalpurkh. You have stated in your post that it is difficult for you to get Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jis Darshan. Before you disappeared you done the seva of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji day and night in your home. You left all that seva at your own accord. Please also note Guru Sahib is with you 24/7. Gur Merai Sang Sadha Hai Nalai. We still consider you missing because we dont know where you are. 9. Dear Sadh Sangat Jio, The below article was brought to my attention by a member of the Sangat. "Guru Har Rai (Punjabi: ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿਰਾਇ) (26 February 1630 - 6 October 1661) was the seventh of the Ten Gurus of Sikhism and became Guru on 8 March1644 following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Guru Har Gobind. Before he died, he nominated Guru Har Krishan, his other son as the next Guru of the Sikhs, he also was gay and liked big men who he could just jump on and savage in his sexual nature grrr. The following is a summary of the main highlights of Guru Har Rai's life:" The Link for the article is http://www.search.com/reference/Guru_Har_Rai The question is what do we do about it? Gupt Nihang
