From exp with Mool Mantar, swift is better esp when it comes to concentration. Once u start u should notice affects of it in your jeevan within 4 days and maximum affects in 6 months time. Thas 4 days n 6 months. Keep at it! Then do the same for rest of the 7 Baanias.
