  1. Vjkk Vjkf Ji. Okay ill go straight, sometimes when I Jap Gur Mantar (Vaheguru mantar) my head and body feels as its circulating in clockwise 360degrees but in a good way (anand) the more I cleary say Va-He-Gu-Ru the more it occurs. Anybody ever experienced this? Thanks.
  2. Wrong Gurbani translations and ignorance are being used by several Dawah and Christian Missionary organisations. Even if not, it is our duty to understand GurShabad correctly, so lets use this thread to correct (wrong) prevalent Shabads. 141, Guru Granth Sahib Ji Wrong translation: Where is anything like 'religion of the Prophet' 'faith of Mohammad' mentioned in the original Gurbani? Actual translation (taken from SearchSikhism): It is difficult to be called a Muslim; if one can become a true Muslim (by surrendering completely to the Will of Waheguru), only then he may be called one. First requirement to become a true Muslim is to love the Dharam (religion) i.e. truth. Then cleanse the mind by sharing the wealth with poor and needy. This way false pride of possessions of worldly wealth goes away. Secondly, if the Gurbani tells one to become a true Muslim then why doesn't it say to recite Kalimah, the Quran, Namaz, go on Hajj, etc ? Muslim word is being redefined just like Jati ceases being celibacy when used in Gurbani context. Please post more Shabads and try to correct them.
  3. The political correctness is ruining our Nation. The 'all religion leading to God' mentality is a major cause for inter-faith marriages and conversions of Sikhs. The idea does not find any place in Gurmat, for religious practices of Islam, Hinduism, Jainism were rejected and heavily criticised in Dhur Ki Bani, Guru Granth Sahib. The Gurus and Bhagats rejecting Islam (Hajj, Circumcision and Ramadan) I do not keep fasts, nor do I observe the month of Ramadaan. (M5, 1136, Guru Granth Sahib) Because of the love of woman, circumcision is done; I don't believe in it, O Siblings of Destiny. Devotee Kabir (Bhagat Kabeer, 477, Guru Granth Sahib) The Gurus and Bhagats rejecting Hinduism (Idol Worship, Teerath Yatra, Ekadashi fast amongst others) I have stopped fasting on Ekadashi; why should I bother to go on Teerath to sacred shrines? (Bhagat Naamdev, 718, Guru Granth Sahib) O brother, why worship idols of gods and goddesses, what can you ask of them and what can they give to you? What is the use of washing stones, which themselves drown in water? (M1, 637, Guru Granth Sahib) I have searched many Shastars and Simrtis, they do not show the way to God, but contemplation on God is invaluable. (M5, 264, Guru Granth Sahib) Guru Nanak Sahib's satire of Jainism (about 5 million followers) Shalok, First Mehl: They pluck the hair out of their heads, and drink in filthy water; they beg endlessly and eat the garbage which others have thrown away. They spread manure, they suck in rotting smells, and they are afraid of clean water. Their hands are smeared with ashes, and the hair on their heads is plucked out-they are like sheep! They have renounced the lifestyle of their mothers and fathers, and their families and relatives cry out in distress. ... (M1, 148, Guru Granth Sahib Ji)

    The Sikh Gur Gaddi

Under the course of my study of the sikh religion I happened to come across a startling fact. The sikh gur gaddi after guru Angad Dev was turned in to a hereditary title. Extremely disturbing and as a devout sikh I would like some rational explanation for this and would appreciate any and all help
  5. As per the ancient texts, the Guru is an essential component required for the subsequent liberation of an entrapped soul. Enchained in the web of 'maya' (essentially the term is an amalgamation of two simultaneous terms, 'ma'-not and 'ya'-this) the soul is mislead by the mind which provokes spasms of falsehood in it's nucleus. The Guru is an individual who is essential in the annihilation of the mind's deceitfulness, he tears the curtain of illusion aside and invokes the reality of one's purpose in life. 'Just try to learn the truth by approaching a spiritual master. Inquire from him submissively and render service onto him. The self-realized souls can impart knowledge unto you because they have seen the truth.' - Bhagvad Gita As It Is. The mind is an essential partner of the soul. It is the simultaneous counterpart which attaches itself to creation and it's illusory precepts. Subsequently the soul is drowned in the mind's actions, rendering it's cries mute. As a result one is forced to traverse through different life forms (8.4 million via Gurmat) and re-enter the human body in order to merge with the supreme soul. One who is merged with the said supreme soul, and it's fundamental embodiment is worthy to be declared Guru as such a soul is not ensnared by the precedents of 'maya.' 'Having obtained real knowledge from a self-realized soul, you will never fall again into such illusion, for this knowledge you will see that all living beings are but part of the supreme.' -Bhagvad Gita As It Is. Not every liberated individual is worthy to be declared Guru, subsequently the Guru of 'Kali-Yug' and beyond, as per the Khalsa ethos, is Guru Nanak Dev Ji. A fundamental embodiment and mimic of the divine lord. The Guru however does not proclaim or declare his need for disciples from rooftops. The disciple seeks the Guru and as per his efforts gains success in locating an authentic master. 'In the beginning one must have a preliminary desire for self-realization. This will bring one to the stage of trying to associate with persons who are spiritually elevated. In the next stage one becomes initiated by an elevated spiritual master, and under his instruction the neophyte devotee begins the process of devotional service. By execution of devotional service under the guidance of the spiritual master, one becomes free from all material attachment, attains steadiness in self-realization, and acquires a taste for hearing about the absolute personality of Godhead. This taste leads one further forward to attachment for divine consciousness, which is matured in 'bhava', or the preliminary stage of transcendental love of God. Real love for God is called 'prema', the highest perfectional stage of life.' -Bhakti rasamrta sindhu (1.4.15-16). Despite the disciple's preliminary affection and attitude towards the Guru, post-initiation the Guru tests his disciple to the verge of excruciating torture. Mentally and spiritually the disciple is forced to forge a legendary endurance, via which he can perpetually traverse the path of his master. The path manifested by Guru Nanak Dev plausibly retains it's reputation as the most bloodiest path of liberation with an uncountable number of adherents discarding their lives for the beloved Guru. Due to it's emphasis on saintliness and simultaneously warrior-ship, Guru Nanak's ethos offers dual precincts of liberation, via meditation and militarism in defense of humanity irregardless of caste, creed and allegiance. These qualities not only speak volumes to the greatness of the Guru's path but also prove it's credible effectiveness on the spiritual spectrum, via it's dissociation with any form pf patriotism and temporal attachment. 'A human being who identifies this body made of three elements with his self, who considers the byproducts of the body to be his kinsmen, who considers the land of birth worshipable, and who goes to the place of pilgrimage simply to take a bath rather than meet men of transcendental knowledge there, is to be considered like an <banned word filter activated> or a cow.' -Srimd Bhagvatam (10.84.13). When one follows the Guru's commands his mind transforms from his bitter foe into his beloved friend, assisting him in his journey towards liberation. The mind cannot be substituted for or excluded in this process, similar to a remote control which is incapable of performing it's intended function in the absence of proper power; simultaneously the human body cannot grant liberation without the proper assistance of the mind. 'One must deliver himself with the help of the mind, and not degrade himself. The mind is friend of the conditioned soul, and his enemy as well.' -Bhagvad Gita As It Is. The mind is incorporated in the pentagonal manifestation of the five vices, lust, wrath, ego, attachment and fear. Without proper restraint being practiced it evolves into one's fiercest foe. 'For him who has conquered his mind, the mind is he best of friends; but for one who has failed to do so, his mind will remain the greatest enemy.' -Bhagvad Gita As It Is. The ancient texts are voluminous in their various allegories and descriptions of the perfect Guru, yet all concur one essential point. Without a genuine Guru, the point of mortal existence is pointless. For the Khalsa, the Guru is the Shabad manifested by it's creator via the medium of the latter's fundamental embodiment, Guru Nanak Dev and his subsequent successors. http://tisarpanth.blogspot.co.nz/2013/07/the-importance-of-guru.html Lets be mature about this guys and not turn on our f*** Hindu mentality. I am sure a few individuals will realize what we can achieve via such articles. Do check out the picture via the link.
  6. I had this question in my mind from 4-5 months.... I had a conversation with a sikh...... He said Khalsa panth is our 12th Guru..... Is it so? How panth is Guru?
  7. WJKK WJKF I wrote this story a while back in a post but no one seemed to reply so I thought id make a topic. A few years back I was at a Gurdwara and there was one of the Sangat telling stories about Punjab, and about the amount of blood shed in Punjab from the times of our Gurus until now. He then told a story, which was from a few years back from Punjab. Im a bit sketchy on all the details as it was a few years back so please forgive me. In a Pind in Punjab, there was a tree which locals said gave a errie feeling when you go past it. They ask a Baba why this is. He explained that they should dig the ground where they tree is. The villages did and they found a bag full of human bones. They asked the Baba about this and he replied that these bones belonged to Sikhs who were fighting Mughals during Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji Maharajas’ time. The Mughals put the bones in a bag and left them. He told the Singhs to take the bones to a nearby village (I forgotten the reason why). The Singhs then preceded to the village, and went through a forest. Whilst walking, they heard a noise behind them and saw a Beautiful tall Singh dressed in white Bana. The Singh asked them if they have the bones of the soliders, to which they replied yes, and the Singh then said that he will take them. The group agreed and went into the opposite direction to the Singh. As soon as they turned around to see him again, he was gone. They went back to the Baba and explained the situation, the Baba said that When God wants to he will do it himself, and exaplined that it was Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji Maharaj who they saw and who took the remains of the Sikh soldiers with him. Has anyone heard of this story, or has the full story. Does anyone have any other stories like this? Phul Chuk Maff if I have made any mistakes at all. WJKK WJKF
  8. Wahegurujikakhalsawahegurujikifateh There was a Bhagat from Lahore called Chajju. One day at his door two labourers were stood outside. At the time it was raining. Bhagat Chajju looked at the labourers and asked why they were stood outside his door. They looked at Bhagatji and said that they work for a living outdoors doing labour. Their condition was such that when they didn't work, they didn't eat. They explained to Bhagatji that when it rains they don't find much work. As a consequence they had come to Bhagat Chajjuji's door in the hope of finding some work. Bhagatji invited them into his house to offer them work . He said not only will I feed you - sugar and koi - but I will pay you double your usual rate. Bhagatji offered 8 annas instead of the 4 annas the labourers were usually paid for a days work. Bhagatji then sat the two labourers down, gave them malas and said sit down and doing abhiyaas of Raam. At the end of the day Bhagatji fed the labourers and paid them 8 annas. He then told them come here daily and partake in this work and I will continue to pay and feed you in this way. The labourers looked at Bhagat Chajjuji and said this work is too difficult to do. We would rather lift and break stones than do hard manual labour than this work... Loose translation of Katha by Sant Gyani Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji Bhindranwale Why is it so hard? 9. Wahegurujikakhalsawahegurujikifateh One time Sant Baba Bishan Singh Ji, the 10th jathedhar of Satguru Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji's Damdami Taksal decided to visit Amritsar and in particular Sant Baba Shaam Singh Ji. Sant Baba Shaam Singh Ji was the kirtani of Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib Ji who had spent over 90 years doing seva with his Sarandha. Sant Baba Bishan Singh Ji and the jatha had done darshan at Harmandir Sahib Ji and then began to make their way to the asthan of Santji. As they reached there they found an old singh cleaning the sewer/drain. They asked where Sant Baba Shaam Singh Ji was and were advised by the old Gursikh to go inside the asthan and sit down and Santji would be with them soon. The old Gursikh then did Panj ishnaan and went and sat in front of them. When he did this he was asked again that they wished to have darshan of Sant Baba Shaam Singh Ji - the old Gursikh relied that the vessel sat before them was Sant Baba Shaam Singh Ji. Waheguruji... May Maharaj bless with with such humility. Loose translation of Katha by Giani Ram Singh Ji Wahegurujikakhalsawahegurujikifateh
  10. Bhai Harpal ji requested to Guru sahib to get bless with sewa. Guru sahib said sewa is very hard. But bhai ji insisted. Guru sahib said ok. Once Guru sahib saw a parrot, and asked bhai ji to bring that parrot to HIM. Bhai sahib said satbachan and went to the owner. The owner was a pathan, who knew that a Sikh would do anything for his Guru, so he said you won't be able to pay for it. But Bhai ji said he can give his life to get it. Pathan said ok, you have to give your sister in return. Bhai sahib said ok and went home. His mother was doing path, bhai sahib said "maa bani parhdi e". She said ha, bhai said "aaj bani te chaln da sama aa geya. Family agreed and bhai sahib went with his sister to pathan, Pathan said now I want your daughter as well. Bhai sahib said ok, sent his daughter and took the parrot. Bhai sahib went to Guru sahib, give the parrot and sat back near jorhe, without even explaiing how he got it, instead was praying Guru sahib, please forgive me, it took me so long, tuhade bachan manan layi" And pathan on the other side, asked girls to become his begams, Girls said they'll do anything, even janitorial work but not this and said : eh dil hai amanat di satguru di, tha tha te lagayea nai janda, ansi kite kaul nibhavge, nadia tar ke javange, ha, ansi rukhrha sham manavenge, saatho jagat manaeya nai janda eh dil hai amanat di satguru di, tha tha te lagayea nai janda, ansi duniya valon udaas hoye, ode charna de daas hoye, bhawein fail howe bhawein pass howe, piche kadam hataeya nai janda, eh dil hai amanat di satguru di, tha tha te lagayea nai janda, When pathan tried to touch them, he became blind and begged the girls to take him to Guru sahib. He went blind because of Bhai sahib's sacrifice and girls love & faith on guru sahib. They went to Guru sahib and he apologised. Sewak got passed in the examination and "nindak de moonh kale hoye". Guru sahib ji was very happy at Bhai ji, stood up when bhai sahib came & hugged him & asked bhai Harpal ji that he can get all of his wishes fulfilled, but Bhai sahib begged for below: mera sir tere charna ch howe, jadon meri jaan nikle jadon jaan nikle, jadon pran nikle From Sant Baba Balwant Singh ji urmur Tandewale Deewan "Satguru ki sewa 1"
  11. Wahegurujikakhalsawahegurujikifateh What do you think the role of the Dharamsala/Gurudwara Sahib is? What was the intended role as per puratan literature? What changes can we make as individuals to allow it to achieve these goals? Wahegurujikakhalsawahegurujikifateh
  12. Wahegurujikakhalsawahegurujikifateh, Has anyone read this book on Sri Zafarnama Sahib Ji? If so what did you make of it? Is it worth buying? The following is a book description on Amazon: Louis E. Fenech offers a compelling new examination of one of the only Persian compositions attributed to the tenth Sikh Guru, Guru Gobind Singh (1666-1708): the Zafar-namah or 'Epistle of Victory.' Written as a masnavi, a Persian poem, this letter was originally sent to the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb (d. 1707) rebuking his most unbecoming conduct. Incredibly, Guru Gobind Singh's letter is included today within the Sikh canon, one of only a very small handful of Persian-language texts granted the status of Sikh scripture. As such, its contents are sung on special Sikh occasions. Perhaps equally surprising is the fact that the letter appears in the tenth Guru's book or the Dasam Granth in the standard Gurmukhi script (in which Punjabi is written) but retains its original Persian language, a vernacular few Sikhs know. Drawing out the letter's direct and subtle references to the Iranian national epic, the Shah-namah, and to Shaikh Sa'di's thirteenth-century Bustan, Fenech demonstrates how this letter served as a form of Indo-Islamic verbal warfare, ensuring the tenth Guru's moral and symbolic victory over the legendary and powerful Mughal empire. Through analysis of the Zafar-namah, Fenech resurrects an essential and intriguing component of the Sikh tradition: its Islamicate aspect. Gururakha, Wahegurujikakhalsawahegurujikifateh

  14. Wahegurujikakhalsawahegurujikifateh Sant Gyani Baba Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale whose whole life is dedicated to attaching people to the charankamal of Satguru Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj. If we think, how can we do this if we didn't have any paintings or pictures that people claim are false and fabricated ? More importantly, what exactly does the term 'Guru' mean in the shabad ? Read carefully, does it mean Guru-teacher,like ten gurus or Guru- the transcendent lord ? One has to look at this shabad very closely and carefully to get the real message in my opinion.

  18. MAKE ME BLIND In the times of Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji, there was a very poor gursikh who lived in a hut alone. This gursikh was blind and had grown to love the guru from what he had heard. As he couldn’t travel anywhere he would find out who has gone from his village to see the guru. He would ask them, “What does the Guru look like? What weapons does he keep? What stories does he tell?” Each person would reply, “I cannot explain in words.” One night he could not sleep, as his thoughts were focused on meeting the guru. He longed so much to see the beautiful Mukh of Guru Maharaaj. He could not take it any longer and felt angry at himself for being blind. “Guru Ji, I am such a dirty sinner, I am unworthy of your darshan. I do not know what countless sins I have committed for me to suffer without you.” At this moment Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji awoke from Samadhi, and told his Sikhs to get the horses ready to leave immediately. The gursikh felt helpless and began to cry tearing his hut apart. He wanted to go to see his guru; he then made up his mind that he would go by foot and allow the guru to guide him. He packed some food and set off in the dark. On his way he tripped and fell hurting himself badly. His thoughts remained on meeting his guru as he lay on the ground. He suddenly felt two strong arms lift him up to his feet, and he heard a voice. “I have come, my beloved. I could not sleep without doing your darshan, I felt my heart pulling me towards you and I had to come.” When the blind sikh heard this he fell to the guru’s feet and could not contain himself. Guru ji again lifted him to him feet and said, “the home of Guru Nanak contains everything, ask of what you will.” “Guru Ji all that I ask of is that my eyes may work and have your beautiful darshan.” Guru ji smiled and kissed him on both eyes. When he opened them, he fell at Guru Ji’s feet upon seeing him and wept at Guru Ji’s feet. He stared at Guru Ji in amazement for some time. “Beloved I must go now, it is amritvela and the sangat will be waiting.” “ Guru Ji I cannot live without your Darshan now, what will I do?” Guru Ji replied, “The house of Guru Nanak again offers what you ask of it, one more thing.” The gursikh fell to the floor and said, “ Guru Ji if you are going to give me one more thing, then please take these eyes away as I wish not to see anything ever again after having your darshan.” A tear dropped down Guru Ji’s cheek as he granted the final wish.
  19. Guru Har Krishan Sahib Ji and the Brahman While Guru Ji was at Panjokhara and mediating on God, a Sikh came and told him of a proud Brahman who was in the neighbourhood. The Brahman had asked the Guru’s name and learned that it was Satguru Sri Guru Har Krishan Sahib Ji. Hearing this the Brahman became very angry and said, ‘The poet of the Bhagavat Gita, whom no one can equal, called God merely Krishan, and the Guru calls himself Sri Har Krishan, as if he thinks himself superior to Krishan. If he be such a Guru let him come and translate the Gita with me’. Guru Ji replied to this Sikh, ‘ The eyes of understanding are very good, but the cataract of pride so blindeth them that they cannot see God’s way. The proud think all persons beneath them.’ The Sikh however, prevailed on the Guru to allow the Brahman to come to him. When the Brahman came he did not salute the Guru, but unceremoniously sat down in his presence. He then said, ‘Thou who call thyself Sri Har Krishan, must be greater than the God Krishan. Translate the Gita for a little while with me’. Guru Ji replied, ‘The Brahmans of the present day are not deeply read. They are great talkers and arguers, and are deteriorating everyday; and in the future they will have even less religion that they have now. What the Brahmans know is not real knowledge, and they are strangers to God. I have not read the Gita, and were I to translate it with you, you would say that I was some rich man’s son who had a private tutor, whereas I should translate by my spiritual power. Go and bring some ignorant rustic to discuss with you and when you have brought him, I will speak to you.’ The Brahman went and brought an ignorant water carrier called Chhajju from the nearest village. The Guru looked at him full in face and said, ‘Thou hast become a great divinity scholar. Now discuss the meaning of the Shastars with this Brahman’. The Brahman and the water carrier began to discuss accordingly, and the water carrier gave such learned replies, that the Brahman stood in astonished silence. The questions and replies related to Hindu theology. The pandit became convinced that Guru Ji had infused his supernatural power into the water carrier. He accordingly begged Guru Ji’s pardon for the unceremonious manner in which he had approached him. The Brahman added, ‘Thou art really the holy God, Krishan. Make me thy disciple’. Dhan Dhan Satguru Sri Guru Har Krishan Sahib Ji Maharaj, the King of Kings, the Saint of Saints and the Healer of all.

  23. I hate to write this....coz I am nobody to say that....but after reading comments on this I feel really out of everything......feel like something inside me is tearing apart...... All Guru ji's never had a normal materialistic type "husband wife" relations......all Guru ji's were born because of "simran" and "sewa" done by mata ji's.........and the physical body was created by "maya" and Akaal purkh ji's jot entered the physical body after it was born............ all Guru sahiban were above maya or all gun/avgun of maya.....For eg. Guru Nanak Dev ji gave ilaichi parshaad to bebe Nanaki ji after she asked for a child for Mata Sulakhani ji....then Mata Ganga ji did sewa of Baba Budha ji for Guru Hargobind Singh sahib ji......then Guru Gobind Singh ji asked Mata Sunder Kaur ji to do sewa of sangat to get "laal"..... .......now there are no proofs on whatever is posted above ....but it's upto every individual how much they know their beloved Guru ji.... Mods please do lock this if it turns to negative side... bhul chuk maaf
  24. To begin: Why do I post stuff like this: Most are scared not of 'death' but of a 'charge' for which they do 'time' knowing 'law I know with god's will I can always beat the charge; the only alternative is to kill me, which is w.e To start The facts: 1. System exists with our consent. 2. The system is based on a lie. 3. A lie always has some truth in it 4. A lie cannot ever win against the truth 5. A truth is a more efficient and stronger version of a lie (read on this is an edit in ref. to a point about system can't fight itself and a point later on at end of situation section). Preamble: The real rulers and elites are those with IMF, world bank, etc. the ones who control money. Countries using a fiat currency are by definition bankrupt, as their currency is not backed by anything. This is why they freely give away their wares, and have people signing up as wards of a corporation (non-living entity). A corporation does not have to be commercial in nature. Therefore, aiming at the government is not the long target but is the main one to do. With Raaj you can control your financial system. There is not a government conspiracy, any conspiracy is at a much-much higher level. (no conspiracy, bankers know how money works i.e just a signature but just keep it hidden from public, and restrict banks from exhanging promisorry notes for 'dollars' as an example) TL;DR Government doesn't rule, and while taking down alone is an effort; using even peaceful but offensive methods (prosecution, liens, etc.) numbers much higher than most terrorist cells are not required (3-4 per town/district targeting highest people). However, just like insurgencies mass support is required and the more the merrier. The knowledge must be spread, or you turn into high-value easy to take-down targets yourselves. Section 1: The Government: 1. If we analyze the government we see that the shield of ignorance cast over our eyes, is on their eyes as well. I would doubt if cm's knew about the real nature of law, or even the Indian constitution as India being a very connected, and young country has not had time to build a political class that is socially separated from the people the same way as Canada for example. The rural nature of the country could also account for this. (i.e governmental workers are much more known and connected to poplace than other places) (apne are with them). TL;DR they are not smarter than you. 2. The untouchability the higher-ups feel will put them in legal trouble, as they may they do not need to reply to legal notices. 3. They are incompetent. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Principle 4. While they are corrupt and incompetent, they are not knowingly working against themselves. I.e will not purposely promote duffars if they can help it. 5. They are already selfish people, with corrupt interests and 'There is no honor among thieves'. Easy to make them fight against each other. See 6 6. The system, (government) is designed like any corporation, with limited liability in mind. However, you are ALWAYS personally liable for any crimes you commit. See 7 for why this is important. 7. It is the default course of action, to discard a worker who is too expensive in up-keep (i.e scandals, too much cases against, liens, etc.) 8. Previous cases etc. have not worked because the system is designed to handle small amounts of dis-content. 9. Channels to vent dis-content and dis-arm it exist in all places no exceptions (all countries). (I.e regulatory bodies, de facto statutory courts, etc.) 10. These are only to mis-lead, and mis-direct people in order to dissuade them from acknowledging and realizing their own range (i.e can target top to bottom, anyone, anytime, everywhere). (Shastar Vidhiya: Understand Range) 11. System is designed to function regardless of leader-ship changes, and power is spread throughout to mitigate disaster’s such Indira/Rajiv killings. Strategy: An armed populace (both knowledge, and physical) who is able to overwhelm the walls of the system is the best course of action. This group must be ever open, and expanding in order to prevent a complete clamp/stamp down of it. A traditional structure of intelligent leaders, and dumbed down recruits will not work as each must be able to to conquer alone. (sava lakh seh ek). Cannot discount value of moral victories, and structures must be in place in order to train new people who join as it is much harder to teach a person gyan than it is to load rockets, and bullets. The system has worked by being rigid and un-moving, a principle that has earned it respect and fear in the eyes of people; it is not designed to be able to counter a threat which is directly a more refined version of itself i.e using focused over-whelming force, to destroy leaders while sparing followers who are not immediate threat. They themselves after slowly having their turtle break away, will submit and come to you giving you rule. At thatpoint, it is up to the Sikh to make correct decision based on gurmat. An example of this is, Baba Baghel Singh and Delhi. Situation: The MO of government has changed from being overwhelmingly based on violence, as it runs contrary to the myths and assumptions this society is based on. Also, a west vs. easy dichotomy is there with India acting alone but wanting/needing to stay on west's side and vice-versa. They play off each other, India acting a bit nicer, west a bit meaner to give a world-wide view of 'democracy'. I hope my points have come across, I'm tired and I understand what my next correct actions have to be (hopefully). Past that, I hope you understand you have to start in your own neighborhood, in order to gain skills, experience, and people. Realize everything is connected, and that an ounce of freedom in Canada is worth a pound elsewhere. --- The system is the same everywhere, same structure same EVERYTHING. Everything, is connected so breaking it here, breaks it elsewhere. However, we don't have to free the world to free the Khalsa (or The Punjab) as we are people of unlimited liability free in their actions and therefore able to have focus, and vision. The system, is more like a hammer able only to strike out at random, and the actions people within that structure are able to take are limited by: 1. their own morals vs. situation 2. their posts 3. public support, etc. We don't need the support of the public, or any of that as Truth always wins vs. lies. -- When I said before that system is not designed to win against a better version of itself, I meant that a lie always has some truth in it, but can never stand up to the whole thing. VJKVJF Can't find original white paper anymore read it a few months ago: http://apdforum.com/en_GB/article/rmiap/articles/online/features/2012/04/05/india-terror-strategy edit - this may be http://journals.hil.unb.ca/index.php/jcs/article/view/4293/4888 what I read not sure now, but yea just google counter-insurgency doctrine to see how they will deal with this stuff. Paper details here: kept at bottom to improve readability of my own points: which uses a four point strategy for counter-insurgency: 1. Suspend demo gov. start president rule Reason: Respect/Fear from stable centre rule, as well as the obvious things (deploy force, etc.) because of internal processes see 11. 2. Flood area with security forces Reason: Forces severely under-budgeted, under-equipped, and under-trained. Do nothing more than resort to thuggery, and eventually something happens. Also, fun-times for commanders and show of force to rest of public for respect/fear in order to win support for continued budget increases. Third point, to limit AO of insurgents see point 3 3. Target Militant Leaders but spare followers Reason: Causes dis-array, and lowers morale as often the most knowledgeable ones are the leaders, and due to point 2 as well as infrastructure of country avg. people are not at full potential. (true with any army, including lok sabha) 4. Force elections, return to 'normalcy' Reason: Show of power, that I can do this and that. To exhaust people mentally, not full analysis. It's their own bs pretty much, can look at it in many ways: army, and police want new kind of females to do mass rapes of, they want 'democracy', keep out of eye of western public, w.e w.e They act without reason, they are still human, and due to being sheltered and focused on tyranny the saying that criminals have low iq applies. What is definition of insurgency: Let us define it as actions taken to change and/or topple the current infrastructure and government. Therefore, a peaceful action such as prosecuting police officers with a certain mind-state is in fact insurgency. edit- Spelling edit2- Dam, word messed up my formatting fixed now hopefully but not orig way I meant it to read. :C
