I have noticed more and more sikhs in punjab are supporting punjab referendum 2020, which i think is great. The 27th hukam of Guru Gobind singh ji Maharaj is : Sutantar vicharna. Raaj Kaaj dian kamaan tae doosrae mutaa dia purshaan noo huk nahee daenaa — Maintain independent rule. In the affairs of governing, do not give the power of religious authority to those of other faiths. I know BJP/RSS are trying to change sikhi. They are attacking sikh values and most don't even know it. Sikhs can not continue living under hindu rule. India is not Secular. My question is do you support Referendum 2020? Why or why not?

Support of Canadian Sikhs to hold referendum 2020 will go a long way in realizing community's long standing demand for a separate country, added Pannun. SFJ a human rights group has given a call to hold a referendum in the year 2020 on the question of Sikh sovereignty. Referendum 2020 will be held in the state of Punjab and among Sikh diaspora living in America, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Middle Eastern Countries. "Referendum 2020" will be managed by independent and reputable organizations and monitored by international NGOs.
