Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh I have been a lurker on this site for about a year and I decided to make an account to call to attention a pattern I have noticed in politics relating to the Sikh Quam and politics in general throughout the world. There has been a concerted effort to push different demographics of countries against one another. This is called ideological subversion and it is done to cause demoralization and destabilization in a country. It explains the rise of populist/nationalist movements throughout the world. The polarization of politics in the states is an example of this ideological subversion. Other examples of this relating to the Sikh community is how both Hindus from India and Muslims from Pakistan try to turn the Sikhs against the other nation. For example, when a Sikh girl from Pakistan was forcibly converted to Islam or when ISIS attacked Kabul Sikhs, the Hindu nationalist used this to push the Sikhs against Pakistan/Muslims. Likewise, when it is June and Sikhs around the world mourn the 1984 Sikh genocide and attack on the Darbar Sahib Complex by the Indian government, Pakistani Muslims use the events to push Sikhs against India/Hindus. Essentially the Sikh community is being used as pawns by the Indian and Pakistani governments for their own political agendas. The Soviets were the first to master this tactic of Ideological Subversion. I highly suggest watching this lecture by an ex-KGB member on this subject: It is especially interesting about what he suggests to stop this tactic on the 58:05 time mark. It showcases the importance of having a strong faith background and how civilizations fall without religion.

New York: Asking a US court to respect India's sovereignty, India's Congress party has sought dismissal of a human rights violation case relating to the 1984 anti-Sikh violence filed by a US-based Sikh rights group. After hearing arguments on Congress party's challenge to the "extraterritorial jurisdiction" of US courts, Manhattan's US Federal Judge Robert W Sweet on Wednesday reserved his ruling. The Congress argued that respecting India's sovereignty, the US Court should decline to hear the case as the party could not be held liable in a US court for "acts occurring in India nearly three decades ago, involving only residents of India, with no plausible nexus to the United States". If this case is allowed to continue, it will be a frontal attack on India's sovereignty, it said. Urging Sweet to continue with the 1984 case, Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) Attorney Michael Fitzgerald said the 1984 violence was not an accident or coincidence, but a plan to eliminate the Sikhs. The death of 3,000 Sikhs in the 1984 violence cannot be characterised as "elimination" countered the Congress party pointing out that millions of Sikhs live in India and a Sikh is the Prime Minister of India since 2004. Challenging the Congress party's contention that the 1984 case is "time barred" under US laws, Fitzgerald argued that Sikh rights' violation is a "continuing offence" because Congress party still provides impunity to perpetrators of 1984 violence. In March 2011, a US court had issued summons against the Congress party in the class action lawsuit filed by SFJ under the Alien Tort Statute and Torture Victim Protection Act. http://zeenews.india.com/news/nation/congress-party-asks-us-court-to-respect-india-s-sovereignty_919079.html

http://www.sikhsiyasat.net/2013/09/24/sikhs-for-justice-writes-open-letter-to-dsgmc-president-manjit-singh-gk/ TO: Manjit [singh] GK, [...] There is a saying in English that the apple doesn’t fall to far from the tree and in your case (Manjit GK, President of Delhi Gurdwara Management Committee) the saying couldn’t be truer. Jathedar Santokh Singh (your father) was a proud slave of Indira Gandhi, the Congress Party and a fanatical supporter of the occupation of Punjab by India. Today you have followed your father’s example, but in contrast you replaced one master for another. Today you are a proud slave of Parkash Badal, BJP/Akalis and (like your father) a fanatical supporter of the continued occupation of Punjab by India. But, unlike in the 80s, today the Sikh Nation can quickly identify your slave mentality and bags of lies. In your mission to ever please your masters you have recently visited the United Kingdom on a futile attempt to stop the Sikh Awakening. You stated your mission clearly during a debate in which you proclaimed your goal is to make the Sikh Nationalists give up their inalienable right to self-govern over their indigenous lands and instead bow down to Indian masters, like you and your father. Your second goal is to persuade second generation Sikh Nationalist, born and raised in the west, to “come back to India” and also accept India’s illegitimate right to enslave our brothers and sisters. Over the last couple of years, it has been comical to watch the Indians desperately attempt to somehow stop the Sikh Awakening, but your attempt was just pitiable. Manjit GK, your record/history is so pathetic, that if jokers like you are today champions of Indian ideology, then one sees no reason why the Sikh Nation will not be independent within 10 years!! But let us discuss your accomplishments, Mr. Manjit GK, slave of Parkash Badal, son of Jathedar Santokh Singh, slave of Indira Gandhi. Firstly, what happened to the hunger strike after Sajjan Kumar’s acquittal? After Sajjan Kumar was acquitted and the Sikh Nation understood how trustworthy the Indian Kangaroo Court System was, many Sikhs came into the streets in outrage. Knowing your masters would soon wipe you if you didn’t find a solution, you quickly came up with a plan to misdirect the Panths energy. Looking to your second Bapu, Mohandas Gandhi as an example, you organized a hunger strike onto death unless justice was served. You spent roughly 20,000,000 (rupees) of the Panths in organizing and facilitating this “Hunger Strike”. But the moment the issue seemed to be under control, you quickly shot everything down. Secondly, as a slave of the BJP can you explain why NO BJP government (3 times they have been in power since 1984) has ever taken up the issue of the 1984 Sikh Genocide? It would be very interesting to know why the BJP, your masters, have never declared 1984 a Genocide, why they have never demanded an account of all the innocent Sikhs murdered across India, or why they’ve never demanded an investigation into who organized the Genocide. But I guess being a slave, you might not be able to ask your masters any real questions huh. Though we have more questions, we will keep this short, so lastly, how is it that you and your gang of collaborator have enough money to spend $300,000 (US) on your trips to the free world, in the hopes of saving your “Bharat Ma”, but are unable to save our brothers and sisters dying in the Sikh Genocide Colonies? The answer to that question crystalizes why you and your masters will never be able to stop the Sikh Awakening. Because you could simply care less about the suffering and wellbeing of the Sikh people, you only care about making sure the Indians continue to steel BILLIONS from Punjab through taxes, water, wheat, and many other methods, so long as your masters give you a slice of the booty. It is astonishing that you and your committee have been able to identify children of asylum seekers, who escaped Indian extermination, yet are unable to identify how many children of Genocide survivors today living down the street from you luxury estates are in dire need of help! ! You are able to spend 300,000 (US) on your trips abroad, yet are financially unable to found any independent investigation into who ordered, planned and participated in the extermination of Sikhs during the genocide. You and your accomplices have yet to hire even a single lawyer who would standup for the victims of this genocide!! In closing, Mr. Manjit GK, current slave of Parkash Badal, son of Jathedar Santokh Singh, who was a slave of Indira Gandhi, everyone understands what’s happening. You and your collaborators helped the Indians exterminated a generation of Sikhs who were between the ages of 13 – 45 during the years of 1984 to 1996. Having served your Master, your family received millions. Today you live a confortable life as a ‘House Negro’ within India. But, those Sikh children who were under the age of 13 during those years are now coming to learn of your crimes. Your Indian masters are petrified of what will happen if the world learns and what will happen if the indigenous people of Punjab demand their inalienable right to representative self-governance over their native lands. You too are horrified at the idea that one day a free Sikh nation will judge you and your father’s role in this horrendous crime. Out of desperation your trying to do whatever it takes to stop the Sikh Awakening. But unfortunately for you and your Indian Masters, the situation is too far-gone now. Too many facts have been reveled; the Sikh Nation is on a one-way path to freedom. And theirs nothing you, your fellow collaborators or your Indian masters can. FROM: SIKHS FOR JUSTICE (SFJ)

http://www.sikhsiyasat.net/2013/04/16/disappearance-of-bhullars-father-rights-group-challenge-badals-policy-of-impunity-to-dgp-saini/ Rights Group Challenge Badal’s Policy Of Impunity To DGP Saini” Disappearance of Bhullar’s Father – “Rights Group Challenge Badal’s Policy Of Impunity To DGP Saini” New York (April 16, 2013): Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) a human rights group which is spearheading the campaign to bring perpetrators of Sikh genocide to justice Challenged CM Badal’s policy of impunity to DGP Saini responsible for disappearance of Prof. Bhullar’s father Balwant Singh. On April 15, CM Badal met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde and requested that Bhullar should not be hanged as this will create law and order situation in the State of Punjab. Innocent Prof. Devender Pal Singh Bhullar Rights group stated that While Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal are now seeking clemency for death row convict Devinder Pal Singh Bhullar, SAD (Badal) led Punjab Government had filed an affidavit in support of Sumedh Saini before the Supreme Court in 2009 that “terrorist” Bhullar was a “hardcore and experienced criminal”. Gaddar-E-Kaum Parkash Singh Badal According to attorney Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, legal advisor to human rights group, the SAD (Badal) government had filed the affidavit after the Punjab and Haryana High Court ordered a CBI probe against the present Punjab DGP Sumedh Saini for “elimination” of Bhullar’s father Balwant Singh Bhullar and maternal uncle Manjit Singh Sohi. The High Court had passed the order on the basis of petitions filed by Bhullar, who was in Tihar Jail, and a retired IAS officer whose son, Balwant Singh Multani, was the third person killed in the alleged fake encounter led by Sumedh Saini who was SSP of Chandigarh in 1991. Mass-murderer State-Terrorist Sumedh Saini – DGP Punjab The 2009 affidavit filed by the Badal government in favor of Sumedh Saini stated that “It is submitted that the state is extremely concerned over this turn of events in which decorated officers of the police force, who had been instrumental in the fight against terrorism being successful, are now at the receiving end of criminal investigation, that too by a specialized procedure devised by the hon’ble High Court. Balwant Singh Multani is a proclaimed offender in several cases and terrorist Davinder Pal Singh Bhullar has been awarded death sentence for killing security personnel in an assassination attempt on Bitta, the then president, All India Youth Congress, at Delhi,” Attorney Pannun stated that Badal is seeking mercy for Bhullar now, but in 2009 Badal’s comments were “Such hardcore and experienced criminals (Bhullar), who have a well-organized international support base, are likely to misuse such orders to attempt victimization of dedicated police officers like Sumedh Saini” Because of the affidavit given by Badal Government, the Supreme Court of India had set aside the HC order and Sumedh Saini got reprieve from the charges of murder and extrajudicial killings of Bhullar’s father, his uncle and Balwant Singh Multani added attorney Pannun. “The command and protection of Sumedh Saini and a force of Police officers responsible for extrajudicial killings of Sikhs exposes the wicked political policies of Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and his son, Sukhbir Singh Badal through which they are trading votes with the innocent blood of the Sikh victims” Stated attorney Pannun. CM Badal is facing the lawsuit in the US Federal Court filed under Alien Torts Claims Act and Torture Victims Protection Act on the charges of custodial torture and shielding the Police officers responsible for torture, extra judicial killings and continuous human rights violations against the Sikh community in Punjab. The plaintiffs in the case are Sikhs For Justice (SFJ), SAD (Amritsar) headed by Simranjit Singh Mann and several individuals who were tortured during the Badal regime.
