    Shower kirpan

I use a small kirpan when I shower in which I tuck it into my dastaar, I just wanted to know if this is right, also sometimes when I take my small kirpan out of my dastaar I forget to put on my everyday kirpan which I wear (I don't do it on purpose, I just forget) is alright for me to do japji sahib path to ask for, forgiveness and do benti that guru sahib ji stops me from this this again?
  2. I’ve started to wake up at amritvela again with maharajs Kirpa, it’s been almost a month now and I’ve added extra bani to my nitnem as my Panj baniyan are fluent now. I normally get up at 2:30 or 3 and then go back to sleep at around 5:30, however as someone was going to come round the house yesterday morning at around 8am I had to get up at around 7:30 instead of getting up at my normal time around 10:30. This made me incredibly tired as I only had 3 hours sleep prior to amritvela. This meant that when my alarm went off this morning at 2:30 I was so tired that I just couldn’t get up. I was about to go back to sleep but then I just picked up my phone and started my nitnem. As I didn’t even have a shower or wash my face, does this count? Feel really guilty
  3. WJKK WJKF I recently started to switch to cold showers because of the health benefits. But are there any negative effects in the winter besides the small chance of catching a cold? WJKK WJKF
  4. Sants and Mahapurkh used to bathe in rivers at amritwele in winter and summers, where the water is unbearably cold, so this makes sense. http://www.sikhnet.com/news/take-cold-shower-its-good-you
