  1. SSA All, After joing SikhSangat... i have seen or we can say noticed... that... People talk about Sikhism..... n being Khalsa... But There is nothing called UNITY in them.... Previously sikhs were classified as - Amritdhari/Non Amritdhari/Clean Shave/converted etc. Now they are classifying themselves as: UK- SIkhs American - Sikhs Indian - Sikhs Australian - Sikh .. . . . .Bla bla bla Sikhs..... Where is Unity...?? These differences are crested by sikhs themselves..... n coz of their attitude... !! Eh ki hai... If by chance there will be any kind of attack on our religion again.... like 1984 - first thing which will happen. people will blame each other... this was coz of uk sikhs... these indian sikhs are like this that... etc....... No body is stoping people to cut their kesh... no body is stoping ot taking any measures to make sikh united... all they are fighting on the things which not even valuable....... How many born sikh really are sikhs? Thanks
  2. Dear Sikhsangat, please could this message be forwarded to anyone who may be interested in the following: With the quest for independence of Khlaistan, I have noticed that we need to be able to express this with instant recognition. Many other countries that seek independence have this and are instantly identified with their message for all people to see. With Khalistan we currently do not have this (yet), with it, it will make a great impact!!! As other nations who have seeked independce have shown. Being Catalans and Basques in Spain, Tamils in Sri Lanka, Palestinians in Israel, Chechens in Russia, Scots in UK, Kurds in Turkey/Syria/Iraq, Ibo in Nigeria, Serbs in Bosnia, Albanians in Macedonia, Tibetans and Uighurs in China, and Cabinda in Angola. They all have something in common a flag to represent their country which they want too free and be independent. With Sikhi there is the Nishan flag (orange back ground with black Khanda), this is the flag of Sikhi not Khalistan. This flag shows and represents the Sikh religion, other religions have this and are clear with this for example Christians have the flag with the cross, the Buddhist flag called the prayer flag, and Jains have the five coloured flag these all represent their WHOLE religion. The Khalistan Flag represents freedom and independence, we currently are not waving and flying this flag high enough so that we can symbolise our country for all people to see. We need something that will be recognised, familiar, and symbolises our fight for freedom. I truly believe we need to start to show this so it will put a better image, message and overall a bigger impact when people see the Khalistan flag. There is a Khalistan flag that a small number of people recognise it when used. The origin of this flag are not very clear on my search to find it out. But we have something already we serious need to use it a lot more at all Sikh events concerning Khalistan, at the moment we only using banners with Khalistan written on them. Where are our supporters of freedom? They need to be clearly seen! let us get the blue and yellow of the Khalistan flag high and visible for all to see! buy your Khalistan flags and spread the support!!! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/National-Flag-of-Khalistan-Sikh-Flag-/130835115999?pt=UK_Flags&hash=item1e76616fdf

  4. A Sikh businessman was kidnapped from Qaidabad, Peshawar, by unidentified armed men, Express Tribune reported on Wednesday. Rakbir Singh, a trader and shopkeeper in Peshawar’s Karkhano Market, was nabbed outside his house by armed men who overpowered him and shoved him into their car. Members of the Sikh community believe Rakbir has been kidnapped for ransom. “He goes to the temple to offer his prayers and then to his shop according to his daily routine,” said Sahib Singh, a former Sikh council member. “He was kidnapped while returning home.” Dozens of Sikhs staged a protest rally in front of the Chief Minister House on Wednesday to protest the kidnapping. The Banamarhi police have registered an FIR and started an investigation.

    This guy and me...

Basically i came across this guy a few months back and from the very first time i met him, i was hooked. He is like no other person i have ever come across. Its not about looks etc but his personality...i feel connected with him on another level. It sounds corny but it feels like we were meant to meet...obviously we were lol Maharaajs hukum but i meet loads of people many amazing people but just this one guy has touched me so deep...i feel like theres a solid soul connection. And whats weird is that he feels the exact same way. I know his not lying...he is possibly the most truthful person ive come across. I know him inside out now. So yeah we have this amazing thing where we both feel the same way about each other and both feel like there is a much deeper meaning to it. Its something neither of us have ever felt. So my question is...what is this? All this has me really confused. I dont know what to make of it anymore. I've tried ignoring him and walking away, tried putting him off etc but none of it works...i can not stop talking to him. I've given up fighting it... And to be honest, i am no longer sure i want to stop talking to him. Coz what we have is so unique. Neither of us have experienced it. I am taking all this as Maharaajs hukum...i honestly dont know where i would be without this guy now. Though i dont agree wth most labels, i can say with all surety that i am not homosexual. Nor bisexual. Im a kesadhari Singh...very much into Sikhi, an integral part of me. I have always wanted to get married to a woman with whom id have 3/4 children lol! but right now i can not see past this guy. I want to spend my life with this person whos so attached to my soul. I could happily live a life of celebacy just to be with this guy...thats how i feel right now. I'd appreciate people not jumping to conclusions and assuming this is some kaam related thing or that i am trying to justify homosexuality. Im not against it either. Its fine in its own place...not my business or the point of this post. It sounds weird even as i read it back to myself but this is the reality of it. I guess im looking for someone to tell of a similar thing...im not sure. I just dont need bakwaas cheap digs. Please do yourself a favour and keep them to yourself. If anyone has anything worth saying, please reply. I apologise if i offend anyone, it is not my intention.
  8. Ok, to start (mods will filter this) <banned word filter activated> government. <banned word filter activated> it, its wife, and children. Ok, now to continue 10 maxims of law: Any good lawyer who has not sworn an oath to be British Accreditation Registry's phudi will tell you this is true: (also makes sense, also tested in court by me, with victories ) http://loveforlife.com.au/node/3448%C2'> Or google 10 maxims of law cuz that guy is on prozac (which is reason for mass murders) and is talking about love, peace, let me get naked for that police to encounter me, etc. Pick up the good, shoot out the bad. I Vreak Downn Eech Vun Phor Ju. 1. A workman is worthy of his hire: Posession is 9/10ths of the law (won't get into last tenth which is just the legal right or wrong). I have ipod in my pocket, or let's say 2 bills cash. By law, (not any statute cuz law always win) unless there is a valid claim that the money is stolen, a valid claim filed by someone (real person only law, gov. is fiction) that money is yours. Nobody can come up to you and say I think you stole it, blah blah blah, prove you didn't. Doesn't matter in civil law places either where it guilty until innocent cuz the gov. can't rebut your affidavit (more on that below). 2. All are equal under the Law 10:17; Col. 3:25. Legal maxims: "No one is above the law."; "Commerce, by the law of nations, ought to be common, and not to be converted into a monopoly and the private gain of a few."). Force has meaning as for example you file lien on POTUS (obama) it probably won't be enforced, but you can destroy his credit with it and hit him the f up. Everything else, Prime minister, to police officer you can crank them with this. Obv. some places incl. states this is harder as some counties dont take liens vs gov. agents but I give you gun you find bullets. You have knowledge and info I have the lassi I am drinking. 3. In Commerce truth is sovereign 13:8. Legal maxim: "To lie is to go against the mind." Few things, pretty much it's related to the things below but it also goes well it's related to the things below. Law is supposed to pplz telling truth for honesty or bcuz of consequences but remember they have to prove you lie. (More on this later). 4. Truth is expressed by means of an affidavit (Lev. 5:4-5; Lev. 6:3-5; Lev 19:11-13; Num. 30:2; Matt. 5:33; James 5:12). Yes, an affidavit is supposed to be even 3 signatures or statement written with penalty of perjury but I encourage the panth to only go for bigger matters so spend the $5-10 per seal (find a good one) for a notary cuz it looks GOOD! (Some will say page, but it's per document a doc. can have multiple pages, blah blah blah, other party can't say <banned word filter activated> anyway [gov. as in thing that can't speak by itself]) 5. An unrebutted affidavit stands as the truth in Commerce (1 Pet. 1:25; Heb. 6:13-15. Legal maxim: "He who does not deny, admits."). Main and HUGE thing, I submitted an affidavit where I said I am not subject to these gov. rules, they all gov. agents speak hog-wash, etc. etc. gov. did not rebut it in court. It is truth (post later on). 6. An unrebutted affidavit becomes the judgment in Commerce (Heb. 6:16-17. Any proceeding in a court, tribunal, or arbitration forum consists of a contest, or "duel," of commercial affidavits wherein the points remaining unrebutted in the end stand as the truth and the matters to which the judgment of the law is applied.). Basically, a judge can only judge what you let him, if both parties are talking judge has no power to come in between. If you two settle outside of court for example, judge has to be silent. Whether he'll try something depends on if this is India or not but I swear all you kukkars are in UK. 7. A matter must be expressed to be resolved (Heb. 4:16; Phil. 4:6; Eph. 6:19-21. Legal maxim: "He who fails to assert his rights has none."). Yea, it's cool to scream (submit) cuz otherwise it's assumed that nun happen. As in this system is basically the word I'm looking for ignorantly corrupt. A judge can pretend to say I thought you were a gov. agent subject to Canadian law for example, cuz u didn't rebut it. It goes on and on but basically use this the other way too. There are things like without prejudice or something on docs mean it's in negotiation and can't be brought up in court. (Ain't fully research this part) so you can use this to your advantage (or your mother will beat you). 8. He who leaves the field of battle first loses by default (Book of Job; Matt. 10:22. Legal maxim: "He who does not repel a wrong when he can, occasions it."). Really just a repeat of points 5 and 6. 9. Sacrifice is the measure of credibility (One who is not damaged, put at risk, or willing to swear an oath that he consents to claim against his commercial liability in the event that any of his statements or actions is groundless or unlawful, has no basis to assert claims or charges and forfeits all credibility and right to claim authority.) (Acts 7, life/death of Stephen, maxim: "He who bears the burden ought also to derive the benefit."). This is long one, ADD kids please don't lose it here; basically it means that one who has no interest in the case has no reason to be there. You can fabricate interest for example you see cop abusing someone even verbally (I'll look up stuff for you) you can easily say you have interest blah blah, and ask the person a dollar for your help in which case you have interest now due to employment. Remember it is interest, no authority in the land has jurisdiction to challenge what that interest means. If you are there for someone you are there for someone. Remember this is battlefield, make your own weaponary. 10. A lien or claim can be satisfied only through rebuttal by Counter-affidavit point-for-point, resolution by jury, or payment (Gen. 2-3; Matt. 4; Revelation. Legal maxim: "If the plaintiff does not prove his case, the defendant is absolved."). Yea, judge can't touch lien this is Sikhsangat.com not lawsangat.com so I won't post full commerical lien process here but google that exact thing you'll find stuff from everywhere I'll go into it later but probably only after I feel comfortable and done it once or twice which is most likely months away. My Story--- Youth robbery charges cuz they try to rob me, got sucked. Ok, house arrest learned this june last year, brought to feds, this that got them stuck in lien bill, met them somewhere too close to probation location. Admitted in court, yea I went there but can you prove it's me that probation addresses (all caps is fiction, also other party to contract ie. gov. has no respond see was it points 5 and 6)? Kinda nervous case dismissed due to my motion, they admitted they couldn't have convicted me, blah blah. Here this crazy kid is. Relevant Canadian Sections since I looked them up but really it doesn't matter. You don't need any of this I'll give example: I am 'charged' by state of New Mexico. For Idk Drunk Driving, Speeding, No License, w.e Ok but no-one is injured and they are not the injured party (see point 9). --- I would go in give letter to attorney say it's for the 'STATE' put in w.e song I was listening to blah blah, ask them is it not true that w.e make <banned word filter activated> up and for so-so reason I am not subject to your bs. (Put like cuz ur not real, this that, common law, ABRA KADABRA). If you say nothing then it means you agree to this: Legal Maxim: Silence Is Acquiescence. Swear affidavit with all those points, file motion to dismiss serve them with it. Ok. Done. This doesn't get into how to not even be charged for statues again, as some people have on their names in CPIC (Canadian Stalkers People Database) do not arrest without express written consent of attorney general. But I ain't there yet, don't care to be and this is the basics that everyone can grasp and which don't vary and which are UN-BREAKABLE. (read again). Even peace officers in commonwealth swear to uphold law of land, keep peace, and stop it from being breached. Nothing about penal/criminal code (look it up, ask w.e). Law of land well the only law the land can have is that. Cuz it's all semantics this ish works, and I guess they get into cuz god's creatures live in harmony (humans) and this is how we live in peace. It's pretty much called law of land cuz law of sea is the statutes etc. in a way cuz ur signing up to board and there must be discipline tc. I guess (ain't research it but trust me). --- CANADIAN SECTIONS (let me stop rambling about the New Mexico thing, it's an ugly desert. ) s. 32 says something like parliament authority provinces. etc of charter (constitution act 1982 or something). Look up R V Dell 2005 line 6-8 admits that charter does not apply to private parties (us). S. 52 of const. act says this is supreme law of canada anything else no force or effect. R V Big Drug Mart 1982 or 1986 w.e w.e restates that any statutes against that don't matter. Ok Class, if charter don't apply to you and it is top? Vut else does. NOTHING. --- Ok, let me post this to other Sikh Sites and other sites now. Thank You. Remember tho in the largest 'common law' country of all an affidavit won't save you level iv ceramic plates might. Remeber our 2.5 strikes doctrine? one point for hit and run/guerilla/ambushes and only .5 for pitched battle. Teaching people is much more warlike and better so 1 point than going to jail even for less than 24 hrs getting bail and then getting out and beating it cuz u lost time, patience etc. It is NO FUN waiting to sign someones bail, or sitting in a <banned word filter activated> small <banned word filter activated> cell getting orange juice and tuna sandwich. But there is time for it, and don't let it scare you. Adult jail is soft, been there once for less than 24 like I said just talked about this stuff but wasn't in jail jail, we'll see. 99.99% + 1 of men are kaami khote attempting to trap women in marriages to don't worry about them. Girls respond to dominance, so mamis just act big and you'll be fine. Peace and Blessings. And please see my thread about christmas light on Nishan Sahib. F Rexdale. O <banned word filter activated>, keeps posting but giving me server error. Sorry about that.

  10. India is a sexually repressed place, that will change with time; in the mean-while this famous saying: Gun Control is hitting where you aim or The morality behind gun control is john doe being tied to a fence post vs john doe explaining how his attackers got those holes in them. Not too long of a post, crime is reduced where there is concealed carry. US people would know that, anyone going against weapons is a wussy and frankly not a sikh. That's really the only solution while other things work themselves out, or we work them out. Otherwise, you're saying that because you don't 'like' or are 'scared' of weapons for your 'feeling of safety' 100,000's of people should be rape, killed, and etc.

  12. I am 15 years old, and I and maybe one or two people are the only Sikhs* that are vegetarian in my high school. I don't know if this is written somewhere in Guru Granth Sahib ji, but I as a human being think, whether Sikh or not, eating other animals is wrong. When you have free fruits and vegetables, why would you want to take the life of someone for food? All my Sikh friends try to avoid the topic...they say not eating meat was just a rumour and not true. But why do we not serve meat in Gurdwaras? Modern day Sikhs are changing, and a kid like me in high school is witnessing it. The things adults don't see. They talk about shaving, eat chicken with no shame. So what is the truth? *These are not true Sikhs. They cannot read punjabi, they only have turbans, nothing else. How do we change this corruptness? What is the true answer about meat? Bhul Chuk Maaf. Waheguru ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji Ki Fateh!

    Depressive as a boy?

Hello ... I recently had been by a docotr who diagnosed that I have depression... My life became so senselesss and grey in the past years.. I can´t handle things anymore.. Everything seems to be <banned word filter activated>! I feel no longer any sense in life... And the wrost thing is I feel ashamed, because I am keshdhari 'Sikh', I mean I love Waheguru and everything.. and I love Sikhi... But I can´t practice it proper... I am so lost... Now I feel , that I am disrespecting.. Sikhs by wearing turban and kesh... because I have depression.. becauseSikhs have never depression.... I mean I am looking like a Sikh, but inside I am not and dead.. and I don´t want to offend.. I mean I love SIkhi but I can´t practice. like doing path etc.. because I feel so 'tired' of life... My parents don´t know either... and no relative or anyone else.. I am just suffering silently... From outside, I am seem to be very happy and stuff.. but I am not... I dont know what to do any longer... I mean I love my kesh.. and I would never cut it but in last time my mind is confusing me ... Because I constantly think that I am disrespcting what a true sikh is and represents... There is no other problem.... it isn´t for girls or stuff or for me.. it is just because I think I am disrespecting.. I mean Sikhs try to make the world a better place.. and I can´t count myself as one.... I mean everytime I read Bani my mind gets so happy and in joy.. like someone understands me... but everytime I interrupt I can´t ready further... Idon´t know why.... I dont want to cut my hair... what do you think.. am I disrespecting you ...? I feel so fcking bad ... as a boy... like a nobody.. a looser... I mean world would be better place with me... I never do or did any paap... but I jsut cant handle it anymore... I don´t deserve to live on this planet...
  19. As everyone knows about the recent Rochdale gang, The Rochdale sex trafficking gang was a group of pakistani men who preyed on under-age teenage girls in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, England. They were convicted of sex trafficking on 8 May 2012; other offenses included rape, trafficking girls for sex and conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a child This has been happening in our community for years and the government and police have never clocked onto the ethnic nature of this systematic abuse. The Sikh Awareness Society (www.sasorg.co.uk) have today released a cutting edge documentary interviewing Andrew Norfolk of the Times newspaper who was instrumental in bringing to light the grooming gangs in the UK Please watch carefully and pass on to everyone please and not just Punjabis as this effects the whole community at large. We would not want anyone's sister or daughter to go through these heinous abuses regardless of the colour of their skin or their racial background. please watch and share with everyone - especially our sisters and younger girls at secondary schools and colleges. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/education-20409229

    Racism

I am a white girl. I am very open, accepting, and curious about the Sikh religion. I have many Sikh friends who I ask questions of. I live in Surrey BC, and are surrounded by them. A little less than a year ago I started dating a very "Canadianized" Sikh man...I'm just going to refer to him as M for now. He flirted with me for many months actually before I finally said ok I'll go out with you...he had kind of won me over. We started dating and I fell in love WAYYYY too fast, but he kept me thinking he was feeling similar things. After a month and a half or so...I will admit to losing my head one night and I got pregnant. The situation surrounding this is all SO very much more complicated but to try and keep this short I will just be as brief as possible. When I told M I thought I was pregnant (I wasn't yet 100% sure)...his first reaction was almost one of awe...like "I'm going to have a baby!" kind of surprise to his voice. Then he started thinking...and walking around and ultimately said, amongst other things, that his parents would be upset/angry..."no offense but it's because you are white". Later on, he told me he did not want to have a child with me (and admittedly this was an oopsie and unplanned by either of us) and that he wanted to pursue a relationship with someone else...who I later learned is Sikh too. I feel so very very ostracized. Never in the history of my immediate family have I heard of anyone being treated in such a racist way or treating anyone else as such. I feel upset that people that I hear on a daily basis saying Canadians should accept them and embrace their culture, their religion, learn about it etc., would raise children who feel it is acceptable to trash the white girl based on HER skin colour and background...the white girl who IS open and accepting and wants to learn more. It saddens me very deeply. And to so cruel-ly dump her while she was hormonal and pregnant...even worse. Ultimately...I lost that baby. She or he is gone from this earth. But I felt the child move and I now carry a part of that man in me every where I go. And today would have been my due date...so I am doubly sad because I would have been more than willing to work on a relationship, being a good person in his life, etc., and he threw that away for a question of culture as far as I'm concerned. He has yet to prove to me otherwise in any shape way or form...
