http://www.sridasam....tion=Page&p=912 ਕਾਨ੍ਹ ਜੂ ਬਾਚ ॥ कान्ह जू बाच ॥ Speech of Krishna: ਸਵੈਯਾ ॥ सवैया ॥ SWAYYA ਜੁੱਧੁ ਕਰੋ ਤੁਮ ਜਾਹੁ ਉਤੈ ਇਤ ਹਉ ਹੀ ਭਵਾਨੀ ਕੋ ਜਾਪ ਜਪੈ ਹਉ ॥ ਐਸੇ ਕਹਯੋ ਜਦੁਬੀਰ ਅਬੈ ਅਤਿ ਹੀ ਹਿਤ ਭਾਵ ਤੇ ਥਾਪ ਥਪੈ ਹਉ ॥ जु्धु करो तुम जाहु उतै इत हउ ही भवानी को जाप जपै हउ ॥ ऐसे कहयो जदुबीर अबै अति ही हित भाव ते थाप थपै हउ ॥ You may go and fight with him and I myself shall repeat the name of the goddess; I shall establish the goddess with utmost devotion so that she may manifest herself, ਹ੍ਵੈ ਕੈ ਪ੍ਰਤੱਛ ਕਹੈ ਬਰ ਮਾਂਗ ਹਨੋ ਸਕਤੇਸ ਇਹੈ ਬਰੁ ਲੈਹਉ ॥ ਤਉ ਚੜ ਕੈ ਅਪੁਨੇ ਰਥ ਪੈ ਅਬ ਹੀ ਰਨ ਮੈ ਇਹ ਕੋ ਬਧ ਕੈਹਉ ॥੧੩੩੧॥ ह्वै कै प्रत्छ कहै बर मांग हनो सकतेस इहै बरु लैहउ ॥ तउ चड़ कै अपुने रथ पै अब ही रन मै इह को बध कैहउ ॥१३३१॥ And ask me for her boon and I shall ask her to bestow me the boon of victory over Shakti Singh; then mounting on the chariot I shall kill him."1331. ਕਬਿਯੋ ਬਾਚ ॥ कबियो बाच ॥ Speech of the poet: ਸਵੈਯਾ ॥ सवैया ॥ SWAYYA ਬੀਰ ਪਠੇ ਜਦੁਬੀਰ ਉਤੈ ਇਤ ਭੂਮਿ ਮੈ ਬੈਠ ਸ਼ਿਵਾ ਜਪੁ ਕੀਨੋ ॥ ਅਉਰ ਦਈ ਸੁਧ ਛਾਡ ਸਭੈ ਤਬ ਤਾਹੀ ਕੇ ਧਯਾਨ ਬਿਖੈ ਮਨ ਦੀਨੋ ॥ बीर पठे जदुबीर उतै इत भूमि मै बैठ शिवा जपु कीनो ॥ अउर दई सुध छाड सभै तब ताही के धयान बिखै मन दीनो ॥ Krishna, on that side, sent the Yadavas for fighting and he himself, on this side, began to repeat the name of the goddess; he, forgetting all his consciousness, absorbed his mind only in the meditation of the goddess; ਚੰਡ ਤਬੈ ਪਰਤੱਛ ਭਈ ਬਰੁ ਮਾਂਗਹੁ ਜੋ ਮਨ ਮੈ ਜੋਈ ਚੀਨੋ ॥ ਯਾ ਅਰਿ ਆਜੁ ਹਨੋ ਰਨ ਮੈ ਘਨ ਸਯਾਮ ਜੂ ਮਾਂਗ ਇਹੈ ਬਰ ਲੀਨੋ ॥੧੩੩੨॥ चंड तबै परत्छ भई बरु मांगहु जो मन मै जोई चीनो ॥ या अरि आजु हनो रन मै घन सयाम जू मांग इहै बर लीनो ॥१३३२॥ Then the goddess manifested herself and said, "You may ask for the boon that you want;" on this, Krishna asked for the destruction of Shakti Singh on that day.1332. ਸਵੈਯਾ ॥ सवैया ॥ SWAYYA ਯੋਂ ਬਰ ਪਾਇ ਚੜਯੋ ਰਥ ਤੈ ਹਰਿ ਜੂ ਮਨ ਬੀਚ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਭਯੋ ॥ ਜਪੁ ਕੈ ਜੁ ਭਵਾਨੀ ਤੇ ਸਯਾਮ ਕਹੈ ਅਰਿ ਮਾਰਨ ਕੋ ਬਰ ਮਾਂਗ ਲਯੋ ॥ यों बर पाइ चड़यो रथ तै हरि जू मन बीच प्रसंन भयो ॥ जपु कै जु भवानी ते सयाम कहै अरि मारन को बर मांग लयो ॥ In this way, obtaining the boon, Krishna mounted on the chariot with pleased mind; the poet Shyam says that on account of his repetition of the name, he obtained the boon of killing the enemy; ਸਭ ਆਯੁਧ ਲੈ ਬਰਬੀਰ ਬਲੀ ਹੂ ਕੇ ਸਾਮੁਹਿ ਤਉ ਜਦੁਬੀਰ ਗਯੋ ॥ ਮਨੋ ਜੀਤ ਕੋ ਅੰਕੁਰ ਜਾਤ ਰਹਯੋ ਹੁਤੋ ਯਾ ਬਰ ਤੇ ਉਪਜਯੋ ਸੁ ਨਯੋ ॥੧੩੩੩॥ सभ आयुध लै बरबीर बली हू के सामुहि तउ जदुबीर गयो ॥ मनो जीत को अंकुर जात रहयो हुतो या बर ते उपजयो सु नयो ॥१३३३॥ Taking all his weapons, Krishna went before that mighty warrior and the hope of victory, that was on the verge of its end, a new sprout erupted on account of this boon.1333
