Chandigarh/Chennai: The Punjab Police on Thursday claimed to have arrested a top most wanted so called Khalistani terrorist, Ramandeep Singh alias Goldy, from Chennai airport. Ramandeep Singh is from the Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF).
