10 mins into simran I get a sensation in my chest, I don’t know how to explain it. It’s like something moving round in circles or a slight force pushing down. Sometimes after a while it stops but then 30 mins in it carries on, especially when I get dhiyaan. What is this? It doesn’t really distract me, I’m just curious.
