    Purataan Rehat Marayada

Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa! Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh! Sangat Ji, has anyone got a copy of the purataan rehat marayada where the panj pathay (5 leaves) of sukha is written? Or is it taken from Bhai Santokh Singh's Sri Gur Partap Suraj Parkash? Also, is shaheedi degh the only way of consumption? Meaning, can it be consumed as infused 'tea' with honey for example? Looking to get the health benefits from it but won't always be able to do the traditional ragra. Please don't make this post anti-sukha/shaheedi degh! Akaal!
  2. Gurfateh... Does anyone know the true marayada of taking bhang? I have heard panj puthay is the parataan marayada. Also what are the valid methods of consumption (barring smoking it)? Akaal!
  3. We as a punjabi community have one big weakness. Instead of doing proper research and analysis about a subject, we quickly form opinions and most of the times these opinions are extreme in nature. Shaheedi degh is made by a special process.(salotar and sunehra) and only 5 cannabis leaves are put( I know in most places nihangs overdo the number of leaves and this needs to be corrected). I have had shaheedi degh couple of times and from personal experience I am 100% sure that Shaheedi Degh if made with proper maryada and right amount of cannabis leaves is the best medicine in the world.
