  3. VJKK VJKF Lately I've been wanting to get a bit bigger and have more strength. As Sikhs we should all obviously be physically fit and tough mentally + physically. Does anyone have tips to get bigger/stronger fast? My lower legs are decently tough, but upper body (chest, arms) are a lot weaker. I've been trying to build a home gym, so far all I have is a bench, bar + weights, and a set of 20lbs dumbbells. Hopefully I'll be able to get more soon. What's best for me right now with what I have? I think for now it's good to do big weights, low reps. Post your schedules + foods you eat (on a vegetarian diet). Any help would be great. Thanks.
