Wassan Singh Zaffarwal is the Chief of the Khalistan Commando Force.

He was arrested by Punjab Police a few years ago on the 11th April 2001.

Zaffarwal was part of 5 membri committee which made the Khalistan resulution at Akaal Takht. He no longer supports Khalistan. He is happy with indian constitution now. He makes medicines now. He is a doctor.

Well, it was all over the newspapers. During the elections. He was about to run but then stopped. He said everythig is there is indian constitution, just has to be applied. That is what he said.

Zaffarwal is a Gadhaar(traitor) to our Kaum. After convincing thousands of youths to lay down their precious lives for the cause of Khalistan, this traitor is now living in India, voting as an Indian and has even said he firmly believes in the Indian constitution! During the days of militancy this guy tried his best to incite hate between the Singhs. Every chance he got, he would criticize the Babbars. In my opinion, the Damdami Taksal should openly condemn this traitor.

Oh so he see's the light and discards khali stan and he is now a gadar. Maybe like he said he was fed up of living in pakistan and being asked to kill innocent people by the ISI through terrorism (planting bombs etc).
