I think writing down what makes your angry, can help you understand what exactly is making you feel that way. Sometimes there are ligitimate reasons to feeling angry. if there is reason behind your feelings, then you can see about ways to change or avoid what is around you that angers you. Or change your perspective on it. Its not always about supressing, being disiplined, or well mannered...

Bani and all that will help... but you need to understand the root of where your feelings come from... to be able to tackle the underlying problem.
