Police in United States shoot to kill if you don't stop, you are espcially at risk if you are black. Their Iraq record is unparalleled, Japan record is well only 200,000. The interesting thing is that the Indian media complained about the Police brutality as most of the people hurt were Hindus. In Punjab 100,000+ Sikhs are killed and nobody cares , in fact the Police are given promotions and bounties for killing Sikhs.
