Till there is life, there are always OPTIONS AVAILABLE.

Don't focus your entire life on one thing only. Get to know other aspects of life as well, and be careful and you will always find something new to cheer you up.

Last but not least, keep your faith because the best things happen to those who keep up their faith in God.

Simple answer is from a Sikh persective if you kill yourself deliberately without a just cause your karma will probably be negative and when your reborn the lower life will be like hell.

Remember you are born in human form for a reason. Don't waste this oppertunity by giving this gift by Waheguru ji away by doing something stupid like that.

Do something positive with your life while you have it

Go travel the world.....

Go help the poor

Go fight injustice in yudh and die a glorious honourable death against tyranny

Go mediate until the end of life

But dont waste your life thinking about suicide because that is not freedom.....freedom is when your mind body and soul are in communication with the almighty and you are accepted in the union then you will be free and in peace forever.

panji i myself have dealth with suicde 3 times, it is nt the way out as it did not solve my problem... pplease dont feel that tnhis is the way out there are other who can help. WJKK WJKF

*Facepalm* suicide is not a 'way out' its just a way to escape temporary pain you will have to endure this pain in the afterlife and in your next life do not think that it will end the only way to get out of the 'game' is to reach the state of gursikh

Its definitely not the only way out. You yourself need to get out of this state of mind. There is much more to life than what is happening / causing you pain at the moment. Yes we all think that life isn't worth living anymore when bad things happen but you can't run away from yourself. Speak to yourself...speak to God - I'm not the most religious person in the world in fact I'm probably not even a great Sikh BUT keep faith in God. its true what they say - Time is the biggest healer.

Last but not least - make yourself stronger. Don't sit around listening to songs/things that make you more depressed! Make life happy and enjoy the simple beauties in life.

You're an amazing person - don't let it go to waste!
