i cant pm the moderators cuz the whole point of gupt forum is so that u dont hav 2 giv ur "identity" away so i cant message them directly

Personally, i dont think your topic was inappropriate. We should be able to discuss such things like young adults cos these are real issues and if they get brushed under the carpet then who are we going to go and talk to.

I thought it was a valid Q, it was not like u just wanted to know abt it, u wanted to know the SIKH view on it so i thnk admin should let it back on...........admin?????????

Well I also read your question and in response I am going to say i agree with you when you said masturbation is wrong in Sikhi

There are many reasons including that for men it dries up the seminal fluid going to the brain, which makes it harder to concentrate. Also it means you have less energy to do other things. Also it will take you away form God and will cause you to have lustful thoughts etc

Also we don’t know when we will die; so think about going while you are masturbating?

The desire to masturbate occurs when the pituitary gland (in your forehead) tells the prostate gland (between your legs) to secrete. The pituitary is connected to the third eye, which is the center imagination and inner vision.

There are many ways you can refrain from masturbating – like tire yourself out physically, take cold showers etc also yoga is very good If you want to know any methods let me know

Remember you are Guru ji’s Sikh and your fulfillment resides in practising Naam/seva/ reciting Bani etc
