the Chola is a uniform given to sikhs by Guru ji. it is the uniform of Guru ji, and goes along with wid dumalla, and kumal kussa. it gives singhs a very powerful and rare image. as you can see a singh in banaa looks excellent. it adds to the unigue identity Guru ji vowed to give us at the time of Guru Teghbahadur ji's shaheedi. Banaa goes along with bani, it is the miri piri concept and is like a balance. A sikhs warrior side is displayed through banaa, and spiritual through bani. this is why sikhs normally wear banaa whilst reading bani.
