DONT bow to any diva (make-shift candle), wax wicker candle, light bulb, halogen or flurecent light tubing.

you wont gain anythin by bowing and respecting them, another senseles act.

senseles acts of ritualism goes against sikh values.

especially if you light it during amritvela doing the 5 banis, shaheed singhs will come and do paath with you

"shaheed singh spirits" will appear at gods will, wenever or for wateva reason they are needed. wether you have a diva or a long lasting light bulb on while you recite gurbani dosent even enter the equation.

usualy chardi kala gursikhs (very rare) c dem sometimes, especialy during times of trouble. gursikhs who c dem rarely talk about them for good reason, maybe cuz wen moorakhs sikhs are in trouble theyd probably start chanting the names of shaheed singh spirits rather then The One God.

we shouldnt rely on them, but they appear for some reason which only god knows.

to say that there is more of a chance that theyll appearwhile you recite gurbani Witha diva alight, it just dosent make any sense (from a sikh prospective)

theres more of a chance pg you seeing them in times of trouble if your a chardikala gursikh, but dont rely on them, rather rely on akal purakh.
