i was wondering how one does Saas Giraas bhagti. I know of someone who told me that only Naam Bhagti can be done by Saas Giraas. How is it done, and is what they said true? Also, say we don't use our Rasna (tongue) to do naam Japna, but just do it in our minds, does that still "count" as Naam Japna?

I would say that Yes, that is you still Naam Jap in your mind it's still ok, as long as your mind is clear and only focusing on Naam Japna. .

I sometimes start Naam Japna during my lectures, (I dont really listen to them) and Naam Japna in my mind cleanes my mind out.

So overall I think it;s ok to Naam Jap inside your mind, as long as you are actualy focusing on Naam !
