Ok, i know i don't post here that much but just wanted to ask. If you have done something bad to someone and you regret it deeply. The person has forgiven you but it is still on your conscience...and you want to get rid of that horrible, guilty feeling. what can you do?

if you do somat wrong then ask guru ji for forgivness in your ardas from the heart. and especially in your case wher someones forgiven you then you shouldn't let it come back n haunt you, try to move on, make it up to them but try n move on
