im not amritdhari but thought i need to ask this question hope its k.....

does it apply just to amritdharis to wash their body and their kesh separatly or ito everyone ...im not sure :lol:

it would be kinda tuff to wash both at the same time... when i'm doin kesi ishnaan... i shampoo my hair first... and then do a joora so the shampoo settles in for a minute or 2.. then saop and wash my body... and then rinse my hair...
