2 ways:

1/ download the gurmukhi fonts pack from www.sikhfiles.com

or

2/ use gurmukhi unicode:

http://unitedpunjab.com/punjabi-works/punjabi-keyboard.html

and then when you're logged in here, click on "My Controls" and on the left you'll see "Edit Signature"
