If you have an e-mail address set up through Outlook - drop outlook and use Thunderbird instead.

Just like Firefox is better than IE, Thunderbird is better than Outlook Express.

It has a lot of great features including RSS feeds.

You can go to blogger.com and type in a search, and get the RSS link for that search, and put it into your Thunderbird.

Then, every time a post is made on a blog about that search, you will get it in the "RSS & News Feeds" folder of your inbox

And you can filter out messages from certain blogs or with certain keywords.
