i'm sorry, this may sound really pendu but nothing a good hard thapar(slap) can't cure. Kids these days are too spoiled and parents no longer discipline their kids. my dad raised us with the thapar, there is nothing a punjabi thapar can't cure.

it's ture... when i was growqing up, my parents instilled a fear in us... i only remember ever being hit one in childhood, but i know i never did a jack thing after that..

i was scared of my parents growing up..they did a damn good job of making sure we feared their authority.. but they also did a great great job at being very loving...both CAN be done at the same time...

i think it's been too long.. one hard slap will instill some fear, but you have to make sure it doesn't make the kid think that the parents don't care about him or love him.
