This was first published by Fatehnama in September 2005 yet I've never heard anything about it apart from a facebook status which brought it to my attention.

Not sure whether any case has been fought concerning this matter, if notn regardless of whether the culprits would be brought to justice, a case should still be pursued if not for the murders, for the illegal occupation of the land.

I respect them as being the highest position in Sikhi, but they are elected to represent the Panth and that's it. If the panth isn't happy we should get new people into the positions with the Panth's chardi kalaa at heart...

We need khalsa raj ontop of India, this means everyone regardless of religion working together, freedom of religion, and helping each other. This was a disgraceful act and something all Indians should stand against the violation another religion.

This is very similar to how all Buddhist Monastries were demolished to build current age 4 Dhamas; Buddhist temple demolished to build Tirupathi temple; Bodh GayaTree burnt by Hindu Rulers ...
