Lol amritvela is not about being hard or easy!

You should be grateful you can wake up without any problems whereby some people are battling with their mind on a daily basis!! That’s Guru Sahibs Kirpa!

Lol amritvela is about doing vadiaee vichaar not the fact that it’s hard!! If you wish to make it “harder” for yourself, try getting up earlier and doing more bani/simran or joining the saadh sangat – but even then that’s more laaha for yourself!

Instead of thinking “ohhhh *shrug* that was too easy it didn’t feel like amritvela” be thankful that you were blessed with that time to connect with Akal Purakh via simran and recite His Gurbani!

Being blessed and waking up early for AmritVela is really blissfull, as it is this time one gets to get a very powerful connection with Akal Purakh and Guru Ji. So much blessings and bliss is present early in the morning that even plants and other life rise at amritvela (some get up later) one who does bani and kirtan; if possible at this time is really blessed with Guru Ji's kirpa.

On doing ardaas one should remember to ask for Sikhi Dhan, Naam Dhan etc...as your mind would be very clear and attached to Guru Ji that your asking will be with pure love and devotation for Guru Ji and Akal Purakh, which they require from you. People who wake up early in the morning and do Naam Simran followed by the recieting of bani are truely blessed.

I hope i helped, as you can clearly see, importance of AmritVela is also in Gurbani, and Gurbani is the truth!

Your aid is Gurbani, everything which will lead you to Akal Purakh is Gurbani, which eventually leads you to the correct path, but together with Bani, Naam Simran is important too.

i know what they mean, as the same thing has happened to me, i used to find it hard, and now its easy, maybe hard and easy aren't the the best ways to put this, but when it was hard to wake up for amritvela and I DID wake up then i would feel happy, like it was a reward and now im used to wakin up and i find it easier to wake up, it doesn't seem so much of a challenge but i feel i need to do more ?? if that makes sense.

IF YOU WANT TO DO MORE THAN READ BANI AND WAKE UP AMRIT VELA THEN TACKLE AND SOLVE ISSUES THAT AFFECT SIKHS TODAY, ITS EASY TO SIT DOWN AND READ BANI AND WAKE UP AT AMRIT VELA OR GO TO GURDWARA WE NEED TO TRY TO SOLVE ISSUES THAT AFFECT SIKHS TODAY.
