Small Query About Hair

I have been told that the hair that you collect in your kanga is suppossed to be burned. If this is true shouldn't the rest of the the hair that falls of the rest of your body be burned too?

yes its true.

u have to collect all the hair and do a special ceromany to cremate the dead hair..

i am afraid that it applies to all other hair on the body..

u have to check your bed first thing in the morning and also your boxer shorts for any lost hair.

also check the showers at the gym...

please dont frett if your cat came into your bed and left millions of hairs, just do a dna test to see which ones are yours.

whops and the same goes for your nails. collect all and do special burning ceromany................. @

doing sanskar of hair makes sense i guess in a way but then wat about the hair that just falls off as you are doing your daily activities. hmmm....

When hair on ur body is combed out or breaks, it dies, it doesnt matter what u do with something that is dead. In Sikhi, if a person passes away, it doesnt matter what u do with the body, because its dead, the soul has already left the body.

The cremating of hair that has broken off is obsurd and is not practical at all. Singhs living in jungles actually had the resources to cremate hair that was broken off??? Come ooonnn.
