I'm in india right now...

and i attended the protests for the Jaipur incident along with many other Sikhs.

Protest was good at the start, but the usual politicians took it over and slanted it towards making anti-BJP remarks and the like.

Otherwise, most Sikhs...because they cut their hair voluntary...just dont care...even to protest.

The ones at the protest were predominantly Khalsa...but speaking with other Sikhs aroudn the area afterwards...most had said they simply saw it on TV and that was that.

And yes, the Jagbir case has been proven false already...a boy who had jus longed to cut his hair and in the attempt to do so...made a mockery of the Sikh community.

Our worst enemy is the money sikhs who do not care and people like jagbir.

I think that people who would fake this need to be punished accordingly as well. People commit these acts need to be punished but people who fake getting there hair cut by others need to be punished even more
