oh man, just watched the film....makes u sad tht sikhs cant even get unity within each other......... this is one of the reasons why khalsa raj hasnt come yet.

Pyare jio, I think we need to mature and realise that there are alot of not very nice people acting as sikhs running the Panth.

The SGPC as a concept is a fantastic institution, but over the last 20 years it has been dominated by the corruption of Tohra and badal. They have abused every aspect of sikhi. The protests were against their corruption, and abuse of money and sikh sentiments.

These things have happened before when the Sikhs went to get control back of sikh institutions like Nankana sahib. This is not sikhs fighting against sikhs, although it does look like that. It is sikhs fighting against the corruption, and misuse within the SGPC, it is sikhs against Badal and Tohra, and their likes.

We should instead be proud their are sikhs still in Punjab who are using the vioces and speaking out.

Who are the sgpc in the video? ( i found it quite hard to understand some of the punjabi).

The sangat at the start had quite a good approach to their protest - that is that if there is any trouble sit down and start doing simran.
