well, i eat a lot of tofu and soy stuff....like these veggie hotdog things and veggie deli slice things....lol...its funny that veggie bacon and veggie hot dogs and well every other veggie thing all taste the same..

i reallyyyyy dont like them but i eat coz im trying to stay on the healthy side........

theres veggie chicken n beef (not the soya type, its actually made outa sum flour i think, i learned bout it in my food nutritions class in high school!)

but i dunno if they high in protein or w/e...lol

but ah well...jus eat all the stuff ppl above said!! ive been a veggie for awhile now n ive neverrrr been low on protein yay

Yes!! You vege now!! I gave it up quite a while ago, and trust me you start feeling a whole lot purer!!!

Sya generally is difficult for the body to assimilate as a protein.

You are better of with dairy based protein products like Whey etc.

As a vegetarian you will have to suppplement heavily with the full chain of amino's.
