I thought we don't believe in any heaven or hell then why does it states in guru granth sahib ji again and again.

Heaven = Being With God

Hell = Being without God.

Simple enough

There are so many myths in Sikhi now that we don't know the reality of what Guru Sahib said.

So many myths like "Guru Sahib says there is no heaven or hell" and "all paths lead to God" or "there is no Hindu nor Muslim".

These things are just made up and then preached. They aren't true.

There is a heaven and a hell but a Gursikh isn't interested in them. They are temporary places where a soul gets reward for its karma and then is sent back to reincarnation. Guru Sahib mentions the existence of heaven and hell many times. For a GURSIKH it is true that real heaven is remembrance of God and hell is forgetting but that doesn't mean they don't exist otherwise. A Gursikh aims to go to Sachkhand which is much higher than any heaven.

as a sikh, its very hard to not momentarily think about or view things that are seen as sexual or intimate, man we see everyday if u in the city u see posters etc....u watch english films and they may have scenes of a sexual nature e.g. 12a rated even these days....but if u are punished for a thousand+ years for every thought man...........i knw all my friends and then even me...are goin down for 1500 to the power of a million...

having thoughts is one thing, buh actually cultivating those thoughts and acting upon it is other. i dont think there is any kaam sawad(taste) in thoughts, its the act guruji is talking about. also, dont go on numbers, the numbers here mean nothing. if say, hey man i've told you a 100 times, that doesn't mean i've actually told you EXACTLY 100 times. :D

Kaam = lust. When you watch porn, you are lusting over the woman - doing her etc.

When you have reached the pinnacle of Sikhi, you have complete control over your actions, including lustful thoughts. At that stage, nothing can arouse you no matter what is tried, unless you will it so.
