TheGuyDudeMan, which baba ishar were you talking about, the one in the 1960's

Yes, but Baba Ishar Singh Ji didn't say the same thing, although he did say after a while all the pores in your body will start doing naam simran and that is a thousand times more powerful. Check it out here:

Thanks bro,

I found the following line a bit strange when I read it:

It means that Simran becomes a round the clock thing inside you, Simran doesn't stop at any moment, it carries on and such a condition comes with Gurkirpa and after a lot of Bhagti Kamai or can also be attained with the Kirpa of a Puran Braham Gyani.

Fateh!

Despite some claims, i think this can still be an appropriate statement if we all agree that Guru Sahib is Brahm Gyaan, Puran Brahm Gyaani, Nirankaar all inone... therefore, if we do get the Kirpa of GuruJee, then what's stopping us.. I understand that if Multani wrote this, then you gotta watch out, but sometimes i feel that even with Kala Afghana's stuff, if you read it and like... assign your own faith and meaning to it, it still does have tendencies to be powerful reading material.. so long as you can distinguish your own right and wrong from it... Of course Kala Afghana has tooooooooo much stuff which is purely anti-sikhi... but just to refer to this post alone, and NOT narinder's acts.... this post is extremely powerful... it does make sense, as long as you don't get involved with the "References" to human guruship, and associate Puran Brahm Giyaani and other such terms with Guru Sahib..

my personal opinion

Sat Sri Akal:

Japmans Sahib Ji, a kathakari said this a long time ago and it has plenty of relevance for today and tommorrow. Deradhari Babas, fake sants and propagandists will say 99.9% truth and deep meanings, but that 0.01% is there to make controversy and bend around Gurbani to their own ends to make themselves look like Brahm Gyanis.

I myself found absolutely nothing wrong with the first couple of posts by this Multani...but you get a little upset when the man goes on to escalate his own leader higher than th Guru Sahiban, puts down the Panj Pyare and insults Gurbani and calls it Koor Parchar.

These guys are like a venus fly trap. With scents of nectar they attract you into their fold. You go in and suddenly you find yourself being eaten alive by these leeches. Don't let your love for Gurbani's intoxication close your eyes to the devious material in these types of essays.

If you do not believe me, PM me and I will give you a copy of my discussions with this fellow. You can read for yourself and see the various similarities.

Forgive this fool for any mistakes.

i fully agree.. once there's direct links and direct words saying that a so called puran brahm giyanni is higher than Guru Sahib himself, then something's wrong..

but for example, in this post, he doesn't distinguish who or what a puran brahm gy

anni is.

This post doesn't say anything about the panj being bad...

i totally understand what you mean.. i've read many discussions between peopole and multani.. it's not exactly the friendliest of interactions.. and i don't blame the people who got angry..

nevertheless, i think this is very very useful information for anyone, really.. i honestly think it's okay to pick and choose alot of stuff. i think it's almost ignorace and blindness to only follow one person's or one policy's views, when it comes to literature. for example, i think it's okay to agree with some of Bhai Vir Singh's writings, and not agree with some others of his work. i could be totally way off base with that, but i think that whatever can help you be more pure, that it should be "allowed", in a sense..

i for one, am printing that and puttin it on my bulletin board.

    • yeh it's true, we shouldn't be lazy and need to learn jhatka shikaar. It doesn't help some of grew up in surrounding areas like Slough and Southall where everyone thought it was super bad for amrit dharis to eat meat, and they were following Sant babas and jathas, and instead the Singhs should have been normalising jhatka just like the recent world war soldiers did. We are trying to rectifiy this and khalsa should learn jhatka.  But I am just writing about bhog for those that are still learning rehit. As I explained, there are all these negative influences in the panth that talk against rehit, but this shouldn't deter us from taking khanda pahul, no matter what level of rehit we are!
    • How is it going to help? The link is of a Sikh hunter. Fine, but what good does that do the lazy Sikh who ate khulla maas in a restaurant? By the way, for the OP, yes, it's against rehit to eat khulla maas.
    • Yeah, Sikhs should do bhog of food they eat. But the point of bhog is to only do bhog of food which is fit to be presented to Maharaj. It's not maryada to do bhog of khulla maas and pretend it's OK to eat. It's not. Come on, bro, you should know better than to bring this Sakhi into it. Is this Sikh in the restaurant accompanied by Guru Gobind Singh ji? Is he fighting a dharam yudh? Or is he merely filling his belly with the nearest restaurant?  Please don't make a mockery of our puratan Singhs' sacrifices by comparing them to lazy Sikhs who eat khulla maas.
    • Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
    • Instead of a 9 inch or larger kirpan, take a smaller kirpan and put it (without gatra) inside your smaller turban and tie the turban tightly. This keeps a kirpan on your person without interfering with the massage or alarming the masseuse. I'm not talking about a trinket but rather an actual small kirpan that fits in a sheath (you'll have to search to find one). As for ahem, "problems", you could get a male masseuse. I don't know where you are, but in most places there are professional masseuses who actually know what they are doing and can really relieve your muscle pains.
