Just a quick question to all my fellow bodybuilding Sikh's out there. What supplements do you use as part of your training program? I have been using the following:

Cyclone by Maximuscle

100% Whey Protein by USN

Thermobol by Maximuscle

I have been using these for a long time and have made excellent gains. Would just like to know what others use etc.

Okay, this is what I am talking about.

Alright, with all due respect, I would highly suggest to stay off protein shakes, and all that garbage. The reason why I am saying this is because its' good if you take and go to the gym like AT LEAST 4-5 times a week, and not only that but you have to hit the gym hard and not talk around in the gym with people and do a quick set. Its' good if you go to the gym like that, but if you are not an ACTIVE gym goer than defitinely do not take it, it can actually screw you up, you start looking very bulky (if you want to be like that, than its' okay).

The best thing to do is eat right and I mean green vegetables, fruits, DRINKS LOTS OF MILK. Also, put on the paneer di sabji a lot, paneer is good for you as well. If your non-veg, well then you really don't have to worry much, because meat has a lot of protein.

Its' really good, this site made my day after so much trash talking today. :D Its' good Sikhs are hitting the gym man, we need tyar par tyar bodies. I've literally made all my buddies join the gym I don't care if they are Christian, or Sikh I made them join gym. At one point, I literally picked up my friend and dragged him to join gym, and he can't thank me enough (he is gora). Though, my Singh homies definitely hit the gym with me. Its' not about bragging that you have a good body, but you feel more energetic to do things, and you feel good about yourself, and can defend yourself when needed. There are some expections where people can't hit the gym such as financial or too much workload or something, but an excuse like "I am lazy" is really stupid because the gym is only going to make you better, and being better is an awesome thing. Being well rounded is really good, especially for Sikhs. I remember going to Toronto once, and I saw this one massive Singh man, he was HUGEEE and tall. It defitinely made my day. No matter how you tall you are, how huge you are, gym will only make you better so like I ALWAYS SAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY :D :

HIT THE GYM SINGHO HIT THE GYM!

The previous poster is right. Only take supplements if you are going to hit the gym hard. I have been training with these supplements for a few years and have gone upto 230lbs in weight. You have to work hard or you will just bulk up. I am lean muscle because I train 5 times a week (sometimes 6) and have monster workouts as I have always been interested in bodybuilding. Also, in order to stay cut and ripped, I do 30-50 minutes of cardio a day as well.

Hope this helps any Singh's who want to start training etc.

I used to use Mil Egg protein, but now I use no powders.

I used to take the full range of Amino's.

I eat meat so I tend to get the full range of Amino's.....my friend who is vege take's Creatine (which you only get from meat) as a supplement.

I cannot stress the need for fresh food.....if you are vege or non-vege.............eat ORGANIC!!

Eat fresh steamed vegetables. Fresh fruit. Drink Milk. Eat Eggs (if you are non Vege), white meat and fish and a moderate amount of red meat (again if you are non-Vege).

If you eat dhal sabjee, make sure it is not made in ghee or vegetable oil. Make sure all oil used is COLD PRESSED.

Do this and you may come close to squatting 200 kilo's (just like me).... :D .
