Make sure all oil used is COLD PRESSED.

what does that suppose to mean? i nevr heard of such thing! hows olive oil? not that i work out like u guys do...jeezzz :D i would die lolz

but working out is def good...it detox ur body(unless u put those things in ur system to work out ..ironic rolleyes.gif )

As for cold pressed oil, do you mean freeze it singh? :D

Cold pressed is oil extracted mechnically rather than through heat.

When oil is extracted through eat its molecular form is changed..........it becomes harder for the boddy to digest. In its natural state (cold pressed), it is easier for the body to digest....even if used for frying once.

my advise is dont ever do roids bc they jsu not worth it also some shakes and supplements screw up ur system, i no people who lost hair at the age of 20 bc of hardcore use of the shake and pill shiz. so if u dont wanna have a joora the size of a ping-pong ball :D stay off that fake junk and build ur muscle old skoo style............ ive heard that swiss dumbbell chest fly's are really good :thumbs:

ahhh... i miss lifting weights in the gym... those were the days... i need to hit it up again though... nothing like that feeling of not being able to move your biceps without immense, pain.. the very first or second day after you just started working out and you try to act all hard in front of everybody at the gym.... so you max out, and then every little movement in your bicep just makes you scream in pain the next day... you know what i'm talkin bout, right singh with dunalli? and then after maxing out your pecs the first day you start working out... you can't even take your shirt off the next day, because the soreness in your chest just makes you immovable in your upper body... ahhh.. i miss that... :D
