nah idealy we should all take steps to become bibeki........ gurdwareh should give out bibek langar anyway in my view instead of people chit chatting while cooking and distributing food while they talk about rubish

just outta curiosity, if food cooked while talking rubbish effects us in a negative then surely, coming on SS and typing something also effects us in a negative way. so does talking to anyone about anything, unless its gurbani related.......

Papi bai, is dat you or someone else on u'r id :D . have u ever done langar seva, you would knw wht bibian talk bout while cookin langar. Bad Sangat does affect you, your thinking.. SS hasn't got bad sangat. No doubt some of us are impulsive but deep down sangat here has pyar for sikhi. Similarly, watchin crappy stuff on TV affects us, listening to lachar songs influences our thinking. These are knwn facts bai sian :devil: .

not dat all bibian are the same but sadly thts the trend, thts the only place where thy can do chugliya :D .

i know exactly what bibia talk about bai. i've said this before. youth in western countries think they know what sikhi is all about, think they know proper rehit, but unfortunately and it makes me sad saying this, the very first rehit, of reading and contemplating bani is not being followed by most youth. (listening to kirtan, going to smagams is something different, you get raas from it. but for understanding one must contemplate bani, not many do) and i'm in the same boat as well. if the first and foremost and the MOST important rehit is ignored then whats the use of all these other ones, they are nothing but mere rituals.
