listening to sukhmani sahib paat itself from the HEART and NOT because its something to do is amazing.

doing paat itself from the HEART gives you a personal feeling itself which words of this earth can't explain or express..

point been is hanji doing / listening to sukhmani sahib jee paat is a highly amazing thing to do BUT you must do it with all your pyaree towards Mahraji ..towards GURBANI!!!!!

talking from exprience sukhmani sahib paat is amazing and dhass can't find the words to express why because its just soo amazing...out of this world...

sangath jee i may go slightly off topic but here goes if any of my beloved brothers and sisters do sukhmani sahib paat along with any paat please do it with pyareeee and because someones told you to do so...the effect of doing it from the heart is uterly different than reading bani because someones told you to do so.
