Does it really matter why? Its the owners prerogative at the end of the day, fact is its been shut down and fact is we have to accept that and respect the owners decision and trust that their decision was correct.

It was a great site and I would like to express thanks to the owner for their seva.

Its not the end of the world however as there are many other sites as mentioned in above posts to download from
