more the better i use to wear a lot but then i started loosing hair on my hand coz of the kare so i m back wid one kara and a maala...

for me its just my one trusty sarbloh kara on my right arm i bought in malaysia in 1996 during samagam....amazing thing is no matter how much ive grown over the years, this kara still fits snugly and doesnt seem to get all tight compared to the steel ones i used to wear before 1996. love my kara
