Freed
Gurfateh ! Here is a collection of Drawings (Tinted brush drawings on paper) by Kehar Singh and Kapur Singh , painters who received the patronage of Maharaja Ranjit Singh and the Houses of Patiala and Kapurthala in the 19th century - they along with their descendents were honoured as "Fakhr-e-Caum' (pride of the nation) for their outstanding work particularly for their embellishment of Siri Darbar Sahib. Their paintings tended to have Sikh Themes - both religious and secular - I have have grouped them into 4 threads - 'Royal', 'Nihangs' 'Artisans' and 'Kuka Singh'.
