How about instilling the fundamental values before going all khalistan zindabad on these kids.

Showing signs of excitement and happiness that a young Sikh child is learning how to kill is wrong IMHO.

and sunny jee, there is something called bir ras, also called "sikhi josh" by some...thats the kinda josh that chardi kala singhs have at the time of battle and its not directed towards harming innocents...therefore there is no question of inventing a killing machine

okay, I would be more happier seeing these kids perform seva rather than waving their kirpans in the air.

Are they trained in the art of Gatka? Probably not, if they were then I'd understand...

but waving their kirpans in their like that doesn't neccessarily send a positive image about Sikhi....

u make a great point ...yes i m with u...kids shud be taught sewa and simran, at the same time they shud be taught that a sikh is supposed to stand up against injustice and tyranny...its not hindus and muslims who we fight...its not the general populations of india and pakistan that are our enemies...our foes are only n only the oppressors...and once we instill these values in the kids (along with sewa), they WILL be chardi kala singhs
