Premature Greying Of Hair

Sangat ji..

I have been getting grey hair since I was 20.. but that was only on head and because of Turban those never showed up..

but now i am starting to get grey hair in my dhaadi as well and that is freaking me out... I am just 26 and this is not good...

please suggest me some good remedies.. and do not post any random posts from google..

suggest me something that has worked ..
