Bhai Parminder Singh?

I have listened to all these lectures by Bhai Parminder Singh --> http://www.gurmatstudies.com/kathah.htm and have to say they are so amazing and so incredibly heartwarming and touching! I don't know who this person is but he does have a strong american accent.

Was just looking online now to find some more stuff by him and kept getting results for the Parminder Singh that left for sachkhand on May 8th in a accident with Bibi Rena Kaur and Bhai Charnjit Singh. All the articles mention that this Parminder Singh Ji was very knowledgeable and did alot of Katha.

Sorry but is this is the same Parminder Singh I am talking about??
