Well.. the whole blame goes to Bush for running war show raking national debt in trillions. I also blame Bill Clinton administration on the issue of FREE TRADE which is showing the real results and hurting domestic workforce.

You see each and every country has a set limit of printing their currency. America is recognized as a huge power in the world as well as its dollar. Thus, America prints more money than it's supposed to, infact it doesn't even pay attention to the limits they have been asked to stay in and carry on printing money day and night. If another minor country, say a developing country, tried to do the same -- it would be given heavy fines and perhaps crazy sanctions as well. It's more of logic here now -- who would want to fight against America to stop them printing more money? No one. It's just pure madness. Thus the US $ is still the no. 1 trading currency in the world and everyone excepts it as a legal tender.
